The villa was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We liked the pool and the very local vibe of the place. Bathroom had his and hers sink which was efficient. The location was close to the beach and motel mexicola but very quiet still. They had a little pathway shortcut that went straight to the main road which was a good way of exploring the area.

What a beautiful place. Loved our villa and loved all the staff. Very helpful and having access to a 24 hour reception was also very handy. We got breakfast daily which was nice. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful villas-stayed in a 2 bedroom villa, very clean and well maintained. Very large space in all the living area and bedrooms. Has all the bathroom amenities needed. Breakfast delivered to your room every morning was warm and coffee was good. My only complaint is not really a complaint-no full length mirror(could just be me) and the hot water in our shower comes and goes but the other bathroom didn’t do that. Otherwise the staff are really friendly. Easy walk to the shopping and dining areas!

Had a great stay at this villa! The service and attention to detail was impecable. The previous reviews expressed concerns about the condition of the units and internet capabilities but both were more than fine. Our only negative feedback is that of the toilets - the flush button had to be held for a looooong time and inwards between the wall. Aside from that, our stay was amazing. Would definately stay again, especiallywith love music near by. Such a great time!

The villa was amazing and the service was just as good. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great location in Seminyak. Only bad thing was the wifi, it’s terrible. So used our phine data a lot and now we have run out of credit

The villa was fine, no glaring complaints at all. My wife and I stayed at 3 different location during our trip to Bali and this was the one we liked the least of the 3. It's still a very pretty property all things considered. If I was to change two things they would be no airport shuttle included. Most villas I saw included this, but this one didn't and I didn't catch that on the original booking which ended up being an extra $20 at the end of the trip. Also there is a rooster that lives nearby and he's loud around 5:30am. If you can sleep through that then he is quiet again later on, but if you're like me that means you're going to have an early start to your day.

Me and a friend splurged and got the 2 bedroom villa with a private pool and it was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you need anything they bring it to you, instead of having you pick it up at the front like other places do. My only gripe was that for the 2 nights I stayed there my sheets were stained. the first night, I got in late and the stain wasn’t that big so I didn’t want to make a big deal but the next day I found that they changed the sheets but those were stained too just in a different spot. I don’t mean to sound petty it’s just they were obvious and in a spot someone would lay on, not in a corner or a crease. Luckily the bed was big enough so that i could sleep away from the stain. Overall, my experience was so great it trumped any stain.

We stayed in 1br villa. Staff is super polite and they make their best for you to feel welcome. Villa area and villa is super clean and well maintained. You can choose your breakfast from many options and they serve it in your villa at the time you choose. If you happen to be at the villa in afternoon they also offer complimentary afternoon drink and snack (juice, ice tea, cookies). Turndown service each evening to keep moskitos away. The room service and mini bar priced very reasonably (beer same price than in some minimarts). They kindly arrange a driver for a day trip to Ubud. Everything worked well and we didn’t have any problems. Location is nice near to beach and many restaurants. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a luxury feel private villa!

Very nice property close to beach, shopping and restaurants. The staff goes out of their way to please you. They are all so polite and friendly. We really enjoyed having our own very private pool! The villa was quite large. We loved the outdoor shower! Had massages every day in the room and only cost around $15.00 US FOR 1 hour. We enjoyed our stay and would recoomend

Villa - Big and spacious with a private pool and kitchen. Condition is good and clean, well-maintained. Air-conditioning wasn't cool enough though. All amenities were provided but found a pack of tissues in a box from the toilet with stains. During turn-down service, mosquito coils were placed in toilet and living room. There is a wide variety of channels on the TV but no list of channels provided, so is tiring to screen through channels. The Wifi was good and fast but we always have to login after being disconnected. Breakfast - The breakfast could be better in terms of selection and quality. The plus point is they are very punctual with your breakfast timing which you requested. Location - Great location although the main entrance being located inside a small alley. There is a shortcut located between the resort to exit towards Seminyak Square which closed about 10pm daily. The villa is close to plenty of cafes and restaurants. Service - Pleased with service provided with friendly staff and always greeting you day and night with a smile. The villa provides a free shuttle service 10am-5pm to nearby areas. When we requested for a shuttle at 455pm, they told us the shuttle wasn't available. When calling for our room service at 1020pm, and they told us the kitchen was closed when on paper it stated that room service ends at 1030pm. Both of these could be better communicated with the guests. Overall, a nice and relaxed stay with some privacy and near Seminyak Square.

Overall condition of villa is good and near to jalan kayu ara which the clowded place. The only thing doesnt feel comfort because the villa is open air and alot unexpected insect in the villa.

After midnight hotel refused to deliver us slippers and umbrella . Bedding and towel are not clean and now I have sku allergy rashes and itchiness all over my body . There are a lot of insect as well and we get at least five bites each ...

Some of the woodwork is a little worn, and if you'd fussy about little things like hand prints on doors then this is not the place for you. We didn't mind as it somehow added to the relaxed atmosphere! It's well located - 10 mins walk to beach (to the right) and 5 mins walk to Seminyak Square (to the left) and all the great restaurants in this area. Mosquitos were around a little in the evenings but were minimised when the always friendly staff who sprayed and lit the coils. The in-room cooked breakfasts were adequate and well presented. Overall we rate this place highly.
