Great place to stay.
Our experience started with our late arrival of two oclock in the morning where we were greeted, signed in and luggage delivered to our room with a general tour of the room facilities.
Communication was excellent with breakfast order choice, time and delivery.
Also, room cleaning was daily or when required with water resupply.
All enquiries were dealt with expediently and courteously.
We had two extended day trips with their recommended drivers and were very happy with the service given.
Overall this was a great place to stay, nice and quiet, safe, courteous friendly staff in a central location. The breakfast was good quality. I will book this place again on my next Bali stay.

The staff are just amazing. From start to finish, all of the staff, from reception to the restaurant (which provided the wonderful daily breakfasts) to the staff who looked after our villa with the daily cleaning and make-up of the villa, were just wonderful!! I can't recommend this place enough.

The staff at Seminyak Icon were so friendly. The communication was clear and via WhatsApp which made it convenient as an international traveller. The location is great as it’s on a quiet street and away from the hustle and bustle yet an easy walk to the Main Street. The villa is spacious and the pool was a great size.
