Good location, well within walking distance to restaurants, a laundry, convenience shop and spa parlors. The villas are ok, ours is probably next to be refurbished. Breakfast selection was great and they can deliver to the villa. Staffs are friendly and willing to assist.

Absolutely lovely villa, 10 out of 10. Location was perfect, very quiet but still close enough to the other places. Food was terrific and staff outstanding, one of the nicest villas i have stayed at.

It was so peaceful and very relaxing. All the staff were very welcoming and amenable. The property had everything that was needed for the stay, and if we required anything, the staff were very happy to accommodate us. We had the same cleaner throughout our stay - he soon got to learn our quirks!! We loved having our pool, our area, which enhances the relaxation. During our stay, we also used the restaurant and the spa areas.

From the moment of arrival, Mr. Oka—the Manager—proved himself to be an exceptional host, going above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was seamless and memorable. We were warmly welcomed, with Mr. Oka personally assuring us that nothing would be too much trouble —a promise that he and his dedicated staff lived up to throughout our visit. The accommodation is outstanding, offering spacious, private villas set amidst beautifully maintained grounds. Our villa was always spotless, with daily housekeeping, fresh linens, towels, and a private pool that was meticulously cared for. The attention to detail in the design and amenities provided a perfect blend of Balinese charm and modern luxury. Dining at Villa Jerami is a highlight in itself—the on-site restaurant consistently delivers delicious meals with a wide variety of options. Equally noteworthy is the spa experience, which achieved exactly what you hope for when seeking relaxation in Bali. Treatments were professionally delivered in a clean, tranquil setting, adding to the sense of rejuvenation the villa fosters. Every staff member, from room service to reception, was unfailingly kind, attentive, and professional. The entire team, under the guidance of Mr. Oka, creates a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel like part of the Villa Jerami family.

Beautiful place. My wife and I love this place, it’s so close to all the shops and bar & restaurants so you can just walk there. It’s so peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Staff is really nice and friendly. Air-conditioning in every room, even in the bathroom and breakfast menu has some good options, catering to vegetarians aswell. Highly recommend, I would stay at this place again when I go back to Bali. Suksma.

Stayed in a on bedroom villa, excellent and clean. Each villa is completely secluded for one another which is perfect for a more private stay. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was Al a cart with great options and a quality feed. Has a day spa attached with great value massage and treatment options. Plenty of restaurants Within walking distance and 20min walk from the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

This is a very nice complex of villas in a good location. Staff were really lovely and always smiling and wanting to help. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in a big 3 bedroom villa which was good value, great pool and outside area being quite large.

My wife and I stayed here for 11 nights for our honeymoon. We absolutely loved it! The staff were kind enough to upgrade our villa to the royal one bedroom villa which was amazing. Every staff member always had a smile on their face and was happy to help. The villa itself was beautiful and a perfect place to spend our time. Highly recommend!

The Villa was big and clean. Staff was very friendly, from the receptionist, to the housekeepers, to restaurant staff and the spa . Didn't expect such warm hospitality though! The restaurant has a wide spread of vegetarian food. Breakfast provided and the staff brought the breakfast to our villa daily, set up the table and even informed us breakfast was ready before she left the villa! The villa is just a few minutes away from a shopping and food street. Location is fantastic!

Villa Jerami needs a bit of a refurb. This is most noticeable in the en suites. No Stereo bluetooth which is a common requirement in a 3 bedroom villa. The colour scheme of bright orange makes the fading and deterioration more noticeable.

We were greeted at Jerami Villa and Spa with enthusiastic employees who shared smiles and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. I will admit we were a little hungover so it was a little bit overwhelming at times but that was on our hands not theirs. As the staff member took us to our villa we were excited and intrigued as to what to expect. Once we walked into our villa we were amazed! It was very clean, spacious and just lovely in general. The pool was a nice size, not too big and not too small. We had two day beds under an umbrella, the kitchen and living room were outside which was cool and the bedroom/bathroom were situated on the other side of the pool in their own seperate indoor complex. I did really enjoy this layout, especially as the room had to sets of glass doors which allowed us to open to blinds and look at the view of the pool and also even open the doors and jump straight into the pool which was a bonus. This villa was perfect for what we needed, although we didnt use the kitchen or dining room much at all. The breakfast was pretty average but you are given the option to have it in the restaurant or delivered to your villa which we did one morning and was quite nice. The locality is perfect and next to Bali Deli supermarket as well as quite a few restaurants and cafes. Also if you walk out through restaurant you can easily get a taxi, oh and please get a massage at 'Chill' which is across the road from restaurant, it is absolutely amazing!

For the price, I felt it would have been much better quality. But overall, we had a nice stay, the service made up for it. Also the food was pretty average, so definitely room for improvement in a lot of areas.

15 minute walk to main strip of restaurants and bars in Seminyak. We had a Vespa and it only took us 10 minutes to ride lagian and Kuta in the back streets avoiding major traffic. Staff were very friendly and breakfast every morning was great. One bedroom villa with a private pool was perfect. No real complaints about the hotel at all. Great value for money

Although the road leading to the villa is in terrible condition due to the construction nearby (as read in other reviews), the villa is not a disappointment. Loved the pool and the fact that there is an outdoor living area. The mattress could be better..a bit worn out.Theres also stores nearby if you need quick food and other necessities

Had a wonderful stay in Bali. Hotel staff very courteous and friendly - taught us a lot of phrases in Balinese! Every effort was made for us to have an enjoyable stay.
