Villa Duadewi 4BR in the Heart of Seminyak by Santi Management

It was very nice clean luxurious

There were four of us who stayed at Villa Duadewi from 29 Aug - 5 Sep 2025 (before the September floods). We paid a little over $2000NZD for our 7 night stay. We arrived late at night, and based on what we could see in the community, we weren't expecting very much. We opened the front single entry gate (there is also a sliding gate too for vehicles) to our very own private carpark/entry. We found the lock box and unlocked the front door to the villa. From the moment we walked in, everyone was extremely impressed. It is large and spacious with fairly modern furnishings. It was everything we were expecting and more. Just to clarify the layout, when you walk in the front door, you enter, what I call the MAIN AREA where you will find a kitchen, dining, and lounge area. In this part of the villa there is also a toilet and a bedroom with 2 single beds. When you walk out the back, you are immediately greeted by a pool (that easily fits more than 10 people) and an outdoor space with a lawn, greenery including a beautiful frangipani tree along with lounge chairs, standard chairs and a table. In the back section, separate to the MAIN AREA, you will find 3 large bedrooms, each with its own private and closed ensuite (toilet, shower, bath, and basin). To the right of the pool are 2 bedrooms that are attached to each other and similar in layout. Down the back of the section is the master bedroom with an exceptionally big bathroom. The master bedroom is separated from the other rooms, by stairs that take you up to a lookout area with lounge chairs for you to chill. Note that all bedrooms and the lounge open out to the pool. SOME THINGS WE REALLY APPRECIATED: *The communication leading up to our arrival and during our stay was superb. As I mentioned above, we arrived really late, and because of this, the staff informed us that they weren't able to greet us, which we understood and truly didn't mind.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. We did, however, find a couple of things different or slightly odd... *There is no shower/bath in the Main Area, which means those who may sleep in that part of the villa would need to use a bathroom in one of the outside rooms. *There was no washing machine.
