Old villa need to be revamped

The staff were friendly and very responsive.

Full of mosquitos and lizards. On the last day, my dad even got stung by a bee. The bathtub should be changed as there were stains that could not be removed. The doors are old with cracks. As a result, the room is humid even with air con. My whole family, legs and hands, are full of mosquito bites. We did spray with insecticides every night and even put on mosquito repellent still got bitten.

The outdoor pictures is different as the real. The garden looks un-maintained. Bed and pillow is so uncomfortable

Meet the basic needs for accomodation but not in terms of comfort. Prefer hotel in this instance.

Air-con on upstairs rooms is insufficient and at times suffocating due to not enough ventilation.

O.K. value for money but needs improving and sprucing up.

Rooms downstairs.

Cracked pool tiles cause a lot of cuts and bleedings. Upstairs rooms were not comfortable, especially in the double bunk bed room. AC was not sufficient and was very hot and not enough drapes to cut out sunlight. Cleaners take too long to clean the place. Hours to clean just one area and do not give privacy.

1 day before check out, the staff ask us what time we’ll leave tomorrow oftenly... because they must prepare for the new customer... It was annoying us... As a guest we have the rights until check out time right? The staff clean up the villa include the room when we doing activities... even they asked before but it made us uncomfortable.
