The staff were very friendly, the pool and our villa were spotless. There are so many restaurant options within 5 mins walking distance either left or right from the villa, we will be back again. We also had laundry done and it was returned cleaned and folded the next day.

I stayed at Helicone Villa and it was absolutely brilliant. The staff, housekeeping, and gardeners were all excellent. The villa is really secluded and secure, with someone at the gate after dark and cameras monitoring the grounds (not in private areas, of course). The pool was fantastic, though the pump was a little loud. Some of the sun chairs are showing their age and could use replacing or covers. The outdoor kitchen was great, though the water jug was in direct sunlight and could benefit from a cover or replacement, as there were a few floaties in it. I used it for boiling water, but wouldn’t drink directly from it. The rooms were very clean overall. A few bathroom cupboards could have been cleaned a bit better, and the safe lockbox wasn’t functional, so I didn’t use it. The outdoor shower was excellent, though the mesh covering it could do with some leaf litter removal. All sheets and plates were clean, and the gardens were beautiful. The location is quiet, convenient, and everything is within walking distance. I paid about 1 million IDR per night, which I think is great value for what you get. The only real downside was the Wi-Fi, which was quite poor, and a few doors needed maintenance as they were scraping. Otherwise, everything else was brilliant — plenty of water, complimentary drinks in the fridge, mosquito coils, and all the essentials you could need. Overall, Helicone Villa is a fantastic stay. This village was a Paradise in the middle of Seminyak. 50m to road where you can find everything, massage, food, drinks and shopping. More than we expedted, very clean room and well-kept yard. Staff was friendly, cleaning every day and manager very helpfull. Want to come again and stay longer 🙏

I loved this property so much. It’s so close to everything in Seminyak but is still a nice quiet space. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful and spoke english well. The villa itself was lovely and clean and there was complimentary fresh water restocked every day. They had beautiful, clean dogs, Snoopy and Jenny who were super cute and friendly. Definitely the favourite part of my stay lol!

The property location is central to Eat Street. The shopping and dining options are so close by. You are close to the action and yet it is set back from street and you rarely hear any noise. The villas are older and do need some maintenance, but they are very spacious and functional, you have everything required.

After slow start to get into property owners and staff made real effort to make our stay memorable very quiet and relaxing cleaned every time. went out including pool organised tour to Ubud really noticed effort it in since stayed last year,will definitely return well done team at Helloconia. Was ment to stay here for 9 nights, after 4 nights we had $2000 AUD stolen from the bottom of my suitcase from a cleaner, got a refund and went and stayed at a different place never got my $2000 back and will never ever stay here again. been to Bali 10 times and never had money stolen I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone in the future stay away at all cost went and did a police report but nothing happened from it

The villa was very clean and included all amenities needed, amenities not needed were also available. Comfortable bed and luxury bed linen. Kitchen, dining and swimming pool was amazing. Staff were very friendly and professional. I hope I can return June 24.

Very convenient location near Eat Street, where there are lots of food and massage choices, like AsparaGus where they do a AUD$9 buffet breakfast and Kimberley Spa. Hosts were accommodating with requests. Pool was great for the Bali humidity and used frequently day and night as the sitting area is outside and not enclosed with aircon. However the aircon in the bedroom worked really well for a comfortable sleep. Big fridge for your Bintangs and outdoor kitchen if you wanted to cook. Bedding was fine but could do with an upgrade of their bath towels. I would definitely stay there again.
