Comfortable stay

Spacious, clean, comfortable loft, with good air-conditioning and excellent bed. Kitchen is great, although a couple more utensils would be good. Pool is clean, of good size. The staff is very friendly and attentive. It is not far from shops and some restaurants, one can even walk to the beach. It was nice to be able to check in late.

We payed at the property with a travel card which incurred 2% surcharge. Payment by cash is free of charge, but we arrived late, without much cash.

Loved my stay at Maisaba - the hosts were helpful and friendly, it was close to a mini mart and to the bbq rib place ‘waha ribs’ the swimming pool was fantastic 2 steps and you were in it. Bed was super comfy and bathroom was adequate to what I needed. TV was a great size. So helpful. Loved my stay

I was staying for two weeks it would have been nice if the room was serviced at least twice for my stay.

Super comfy stay in seminyak

Staff were great and accommodating. The pool area was pristine and we were greeted by a few cats in the mornings. Bed was super comfy and huge! We used the kitchen facilities a couple of times and it has everything you need

Poor lightning in the room Ventilation issue. Bed is too soft. Did not feel welcome / warmth while interacting with staff. (More money minded), would not recommend to stay

Great stay!!

Love this place so much! It was really good value for money as well. It’s a two floor apartment with pool view and is situated in an area that is close to Main Street in seminyak. The pool was lovely and the staff were so friendly here! Definitely would book again

Perfect little Villa and Loft

Loved my stay at this gorgeous villa. The staff are amazing and so friendly, kind and helpful. The loft was exactly as the pictures I had seen and I loved that it was basically a self contained apartment. The bed was so comfortable and it would been good to feel that the air conditioning was a little cooler or placed in a better position over the bed but having a fan helped too. The staff were so kind to allow me to leave my suitcase with them whilst I travel around Bali as going to the islands will be harder with a suitcase and I’ll collect it from them on my staff at the Villa for my last night in Bali. It was great to have an Indomart and Circle K pretty much beside the villa and a money exchanger next door too. Grabs/Gojeks were easy to get too as some places are walkable from the Villa but with the heat it becomes a bit too much. I would highly recommend this villa and look forward to being back there on my final night here.

Recommended for staycation, for long and short holiday trip, in the main road, nice pool with only 6 loft type of room, so wont be too crowded with other guest, very peaceful, with full kitchen utilities and water dispenser and fridge

Great location, just 5 min walk from the restaurants and shops. Pool area was nice, bottled water supply within the apartment, air conditioning and Wi-Fi was good Not spotlessly clean but for the costs and a place to use as a base it was fine

The staff are so lovely! Rooms were nice and tidy on arrival! Kept pool maintained everyday and overall was a great experience. Close to a variety of food options and local marts to grab water and snacks. Staff went to all ends to assure we were happy!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem, they helped me organize my washing, massages, anything I needed for my room and also suggested good places for me to eat at and great places to visit. They also helped me with the local language.

Personnel très gentil et la sensation d’avoir une villa pour nous ! Seulement un autre couple présent et au total 6 villas. Situé dans une cours donc très calme. Seul point, un peu loin de la plage 25min à pied

Très agréable avec cette piscine devant les chambres. Accueil très sympathique. Les logements manquent un peu de déco chaleureuses mais c'est très bien pour un pied à terre en arrivant en Indonesie

Мне практически все очень понравилось! Очень хороший персонал! Всегда откликался на любые вопросы. Очень чистый бассейн, почти никогда никого нет. Безопасно. Всегда было приятно возвращаться домой!

Кондиционер работал слабо. Днем было жарко. И я бы попросила к следующему приезду (а я только за снова приехать сюда), заменить столовые приборы на новые и постельное белье тоже🙏🏽Все остальное просто супер! Очень советую!

La villa es maravillosa, muy acogedora y espaciosa. La cocina esta bien equipada incluso tienen una maquina de agua. La piscina privada estaba muy limpia.

Bel endroit pour un groupe

La piscine est super agréable et on est bien situé malgré la route proche on n'entend pas le traffic

Tout était top par contre on avait réservé la totalité des chambres pour nous donc on était en intimité mais si c'est en individuel selon les personnes sur qui on tombe on peut entendre le bruit de la piscine et les gens qui parlent
