Modern, cozy and close to the beach.

Very clean and comfortable, with easy access to the beach.

Lockbox instructions could have been more clear. Instructions described a primary and secondary box. Had to call and found out that you only need to use the key pad and had to turn the deadbolt a certain way.

Truly Hypnautic

This place is awesome! The neighborhood was super quiet and if you crack your windows before bed you can hear the soft lullaby of the nearby surf washing the beach clean and soothing nerves. I haven't slept this good in my life, and either that sound or the soft embrace of the most perfect mattress ever completely relaxed me. I wish I knew what mattress they had in the master bedroom. We didn't use the kitchen or living room much due to the need to explore the Oregon Coast; there isn't a better spot from which to plan and launch those beautiful memories, but both were clean and cozy. The bathrooms are the most modern I have seen, and the showers were like standing in a soft warm rain in a mountain stream. I have read reviews regarding the trail to the beach so I will say this: I have shrapnel in one leg, a reconstructed right ankle, and degenerative disc disease. Multiple IED events resulted in multiple TBIs and subsequent vertigo and loss of sense of direction. I handled it with ease, and the nearby hobbit trail as well. The trail is super easy to find and follow and the beach is nice, though if you want to find driftwood and other shoreline treasures I would range wider. Thanks for letting us stay in your home, I needed the rest and tranquility. I hope others find peace there as I did.

Very nice accommodations, our 3 year old said “I want to come back to our other house again and again!”

Very comfortable and well thought out design and furniture. The bathrooms were amazing, beds comfy, and it was very quiet. Loved the little fireplace on a rainy day!

A few minor improvements, more shampoo, no salt and pepper although the rest of the kitchen was extremely well stocked. Blackout curtains in the bedrooms would make it perfect!

Pleasant

It is on a very quiet street. Loved having access to a washer and dryer. Old town is a short drive away.

The toilet in the master bath was clogged when we got there and they never did send anyone to fix it. Having two bathrooms was one of the reasons I chose this location. Beach access was not an easy hike. The code for the key lock box had two numbers reversed and it took some time to figure that out.

Exceptional

Location was close to beach but sheltered from the wind. Everything was clean and up-to-date. The washer and dryer were a definite plus. This location is close to the shopping and restaurants in Florence, dune buggy rides, sea lion cave and state parks.

the tv’s were very difficult to operate for us because we don’t stream anything with apps or subscriptions. it would also have been nice to have some helpful information in the house such as where do we access the beach ( the path we first we trip took us to the dunes only.), is there recycling also in other air b&b’s there has been helpful info as to the grocery and restaurant options/ recommendations. Thea are suggestions that would help upon arrival

We liked the size and layout of the house. Beds were comfortable. Furniture and decor was very nice.

Just a couple of fixes - dining room/kitchen chairs weren’t very comfortable, the toilet seat in master bedroom slid around, and a grab bar for the tub was a missing safety consideration.

Close to the beach. Clean and tidy. Decor was simple and unintrusive. Quiet neighborhood.

The bed frame in the large bedroom broke and the bed was not able to be slept in.

Superb

This is a nicely finished new house. It is a short walk to the beach. The kitchen is stocked well. It is on a quiet street with ample parking. The master bedroom and bath are great, especially the huge shower. The house was very clean.

The master bath could use some big hooks and a shelf or small table to put your clothes on when showering. The dining room table and chairs are strange - metal table and an assortment of uncomfortable chairs. It was awkward to use booking.com but then to also be directed to finish the reservation through Vacasa and their added fees and paperwork.

A good place to stay. We plan on returning in the future.

We found it to be a cozy place for a romantic getaway. Quiet location. It is new construction with high end appliances, well appointed kitchen. The two full bathrooms were well done, very nice. Gas grill present, small attached garage to put your bicycles or motorcycles in. The front door locks by deadbolt requiring a key so you cannot accidentally lock yourself out.

Master bedroom bed could have been more plush for my tastes but your mileage may vary. The TV in the family room is too small. The coffee pot actually was very difficult to turn on. (don't laugh, I built my last 5 computers so I'm familiar with electronics!) The way the buttons are marked, it makes it look like the button that turns it on is the OFF button. Literally had to consult the owners manual online to see which button turned it on.
