Perfect Cozy Cabin Home!

Sunset Dunes was the perfect location for us! We were traveling down the coast, and Florence was the perfect middle point (3H from Seaside and 2.5H from Brookings). It is near the Sea Caves and Hobbit Beach and has nearby stores like Safeway, Dutch Bros, and restaurants! The places we enjoyed eating at were Mari's Kitchen and Little Brown Hen's Cafe (Waterfront Depot also looked good, but it was packed, so we missed out). The house itself is super cute, and I loved how cozy and private it felt. It also had all the needed kitchenware to make food at the house and had matches/s'more sticks to have a bonfire! Being able to walk out into the back to a well-kept beach (the sand was so soft) near the river to watch the sunset was also an added bonus! The neighborhood also appears super safe and it is located by a small local hospital and police station! This is a perfect spot for families or friends.

I wish the upstairs rooms had doors, but it is an open-concept house, so I understand why there aren't any! We also found the basement a little outdated, but we were never planning on using it, so it wasn't a big deal!

My family loved our stay here and next time we will stay longer.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The view of the river and the dunes was very beautiful. The kitchen was very well stocked with just about all you need (no pizza cutter or salt shaker - there was a pepper shaker). The house is close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

The only negative thing (very minor) was that the toilet in the upstairs bedroom took a really long time to refill that tank.

Att huset stod så privat och så nära till sanddynerna och vattnet. Köket var väl utrustat och hade allt man behövde och lite till. Kul med spel och pyssel för barnen.
