Nicest place during our vacation

Bathroom heater was loud when turned on and the sliding door for the washroom didn’t lock and wasn’t very sturdy. Literally the only bad things though.

Excellent Place to Stay for a visit to Zion NP

I liked the location which was within walking distance of parks and restaurants. It was also within a reasonable drive to Zion NP. The room was modern, clean and with excellent natural lighting, I would stay again and highly recommend to travelers.

The room is basic but clean. We have stayed here before and love the quiet grounds and the pine walls. We most appreciate the friendly and helpful front desk. They know the area well and always help us find a great place to eat.

Our cabin was worth every bit we paid

Cabin was very nice, stocked with enough towels for kitchen & bathroom, plates and glasses in cupboards and cooking utensils there. We chose to bring our own silverware and cookware instead of purchasing the optional kitchen box. broom/dustpan also provided helped. Enjoyed the privacy of the cabin. Owner very pleasant on phone and in person

Very clean. Spacious. Large beds. Motivational quotes were a nice touch. Appreciated the ceiling fans. Location to the sand dunes. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Can hear the people from the other rooms as they leave, but this was minor and somewhat expected due to the size/layout of the place. Earplugs were provided!

The only motel in the world where the owner cares about keeping the noise down. The "no noise" policy is active, and it works. My husband had the best sleep of our three-week-long vacation. Thanks, Clancy (the manager)!

We loved it! Very comfortable and room space is pretty big!

The room space is very big, it’s got a kitchen as well as a second door to exit from.

That it has carpet flooring. Usually carpet can get dirty pretty fast, so it would be better if it had wood or hard floor.

Very nice e place to stay!

I really liked the location and the look and feel of the place was very pleasant. The rooms were decent sized, clean, and comfortable. The water was hot and there was lots of it. The staff were very nice and friendly.

The bed was nice it was just a touch hard for my liking. The water pressure was a bit low. Other than that, it was really good.

Quaint and nostalgic

I liked everything about this place. It was phenomenal. The owner and the staff were very hospitable. Such a warm and welcoming bunch. You don't get better customer service. And here is my review on the room....I only stayed for 1 night, but I wish i would have stayed longer. Such a quaint and nostalgic place to stay. Once you step into your room, it will not disappoint. I don't know why I didn't take pics. Also, everything in the room was working and very super clean. I was trying to find spider webs, dust, and hair around the baseboards, floor, windows, and bedding...nope...at least not mine.

There's nothing I didn't like. I really really loved this place and will definitely recommend it to everyone.

I felt the owners would have preferred I arrive, pay them money, then leave.

Room was clean, comfortable, cozy. The grounds are nice with plenty of green space. They had a really nice smoking gazebo type thing. Good coffee!

I have had interest in staying here in the past, but always thought the price was too high considering it is not by the ocean and not within walking distance to anywhere, and there is no free breakfast or restaurant on site. But as it was a Sunday/Monday, the price was ok. They asked when I would be there, I said between 3 and 4. When I walked in the lobby at 3:15, Clancy was laying on the couch watching TV. He then checked to see if the room was ready (it was), and acted like boy it's my lucky day. They charge $25 a night for a pet. They do not supply any pet towels or treats. My laptop runs on battery only, but since the place is old, there was only one 3-prong outlet. I asked for an adapter or an extension cord. Didn't have one. ???? I just felt like she was busy and couldn't really be bothered. It's March madness! So I went and bought one. Also the wifi wouldn't work unless it was by the front window. However, the thing that bothered me was "due to staffing shortages check out time is 10:30 am". Dude they have 15 rooms, and several cabins (all empty). There were two other guests, and I was the only to check out that day. It felt disengenuous. Also, they admittingly have very thin walls. They even provide earplugs. So why then, did they put me in the room right next to the only other guest? I stayed in one of five of the Standard King rooms. If you are a large person, this bathroom will not work for you. I'm 5'7" and 135 lbs and was constantly banging my elbows on the walls. I was looking forward to staying there but everything added up.

VERY friendly staff. Clean rooms - linens, bathroom, bed, furniture.

The shower was a bit small -- anyone who isn't slight in build may have a harder time making good use of the shower stall. But that may not be the case in the renovated rooms - I was in the older style room.
