Location was ideal, beachfront with a short walk directly to the beach. Well the unit is older, was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with necessities. The views of the ocean were great from the main room. The bedrooms on the second floor are spacious, but note that the main room with ocean views has no privacy if you are staying with other guests as there is no door to this room/loft.
It should be noted for individuals with mobility issues that the unit 1 has narrow steep stairs. The bathroom is tight but the shower is large and water pressure is great.

It was very clean. Location and beach access were great. Upstairs was nicely updated and decorated.
The "stocked" kitchen didn't include salt and pepper or a decent frying pan. I thought it was overpriced in comparison to other places I've stayed at.
