Great place
I loved the view an how it was in a quiet spot Loved how friendly the staff was an how quick they were to help us with things
The hot tub felt like it had a little to much chlorine and how hard it was to lock the door from outside

It was dirty and musty, it felt like we were staying in a beach trap house.
literally just the beach access
i’m not even going to sugarcoat it, the place is absolutely disgusting. when first walking into the house it immediately smells musty, like someone’s been there and it hasn’t been cleaned. every lock on the house is sketchy and looks like it’s been broken into, ESPECIALLY the back door. it actually would not lock for us the second day and we had to get assistance. one of the rooms also had an overwhelming smell of pee to it? we could not even be in there it smelt so bad. the lady that came over to check the lock just told us she would shampoo the carpet when we left? aside from the weird smells it’s overall just an uncomfortable house and very dirty. the couches upstairs are torn up and just have covers over them. the walls look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. really none of the appliances work in the kitchen. it’s just completely a waste of money and definitely not worth the price you’re going to pay for your stay here. along with that don’t bring your kids because none of the games even have pieces and the game table is broken lol. also the back door in the kids room (that wouldn’t even lock) leads right to a sidewalk that has a cliff next to it. it just doesn’t feel safe and wouldn’t be suitable for curious children. overall DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE.

Won't be staying at this one again!
Location being walking distance to the beach. The hot tub was convenient and surprisingly somewhat clean to enjoy.
The house smelled musty and moldy. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the sheets and bedding smelled like they had been slept in for months without a wash, the comforter had a large hole. The sheets were stained with crusty something and the bath towels were still wet to the touch and smelled moldy. I had to wash them twice just to be able to use them and they still smelled. The shower didn't work properly, I thought we might not be able to take a shower because the handle was broken. The bedroom we stayed in smelled like pee every time I walked in, like someone had peed on the rug and it had never been cleaned. The landscaping could have used some TLC as well.

This place was on top of the hill and was perfect for views of the forest and super close to the ocean which was a plus
The hot tub was great after long hikes at the waterfalls. Close to beach.
The dirty windows. Could not see through the beach through them. My husband actually cleaned a few of them with the hose outside. And no laundry soap.

Perfect location and property for a stay with friends and dogs!
Great location, loved that it took pets, awesome hot tub, view of the ocean, quiet and could hear the waves!
Property was great - must be a glitch between Booking.com and owner because I keep getting asked to review it!

Great house
We stayed over Christmas. I loved the layout of the property. You are set back in your own area with lots of privacy. Hot tub was nice touch. We had a group of 7 and fit us all comfortably no problems.
Hard to get a hold of staff to verify pricing for animals. They do allow dogs but $200 per dog is a little steep for well behaved dogs. If refundable then it would make it a little better.

Good
location was great
the downstairs (where all of the bedrooms are located) was very cold - we had unusually low temps for March, but it was impossible to warm up the bedrooms
