My family and I were very pleasantly surprised with how wonderful this property was. My kids are still raving about how much they that had. The proximity to the beach was amazing, and at night I could listen to the waves. The house itself was well appointed, comfortable, and just very welcoming. You can tell that someone loves this place, and it shows.Andy was very helpful and fast replies. Would highly recommend staying here.

This was a great option for our two families. We had 4 adults and 4 kids ranging from 1-6 years old. It was a great family home with lots of family friendly features including games, movies, a big sandpit outside. We would gladly boom again in the future.

The house was spacious with plenty of room to hangout indoors and outdoors with a great porch and outdoor area for grilling, yard games and a campfire.The property was very clean and well stocked with dishes and kitchen gadgets.There were lots of board games.The walk to the public access beach was very easy, only about 5 minutes or less. If you’re not familiar with the Oregon coast you should check it out for your next family trip! There’s hiking, lighthouse tours, the Oregon Coast Aquarium, whale watching and plenty of shopping and great restaurants all within a short driving distance of this great VRBO

We had a wonderful time. The beach is super close and we lucked out and had sunshine. The house had everything we needed. The deck is amazing and my kids loved the hammocks and horse shoe pit.

The house was wonderful. It was big and comfortable, with big beds and a well stocked kitchen. The wifi was fast and the Dish network provided several hundred channels to choose from. There were lots of dvd movies and games avaliable. My niece's kids stayed one night and quickly discovered the kid's loft area off the kitchen. That was a nice place for them. We had a great visit and would definitely look for this property for future visits to Florence.

My husband, stepdaughter and I stayed here for a short weekend trip. We all wish it had been longer. The photos don’t do this property justice. It was so quiet and peaceful, just what we needed, and is hidden perfectly from the road. The home is very clean and comfortable, and is a very short walk to a beautiful beach. We are looking forward to coming back for a longer stay.

We loved our stay. The house was easy to find and very clean. It was nice to be able to spread out both in the house and outside. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed waking up and heading to the beach first thing in the morning and then again walking to the beach to enjoy the sunset in the evening.

The property was amazing, and as listed, extremely close to the beach. My family quickly got to the beach in time to see the sunset, and afterward, we went back and made smores in the firepit. The house was very homey and decorated as a true family home. I especially loved seeing the collections for the ocean. The only one-off request made was for us to do all the laundry before departure. I could only do half of this duty as we were traveling and had other destinations to get to. Besides that, my family adored this property and everything that it offered. There is the cutest little loft area for children to hang out in. My youngest wanted to stay longer just to hang out there. If I can make it to the area again, I will for sure be booking this VRBO again!

The house was everything we needed to take our littles to the beach. Our multiple day stay was made convenient with plenty to occupy the kids and in a great location to go do activities. I did have concerns with the deck before we got there but was happily surprised at how safe and secure it was so my kids could come in and out as they pleased without concern of them getting off the deck. This home was perfect for our visit. The location is perfect, close to town but closer to the ocean. Walking in the area was so peaceful and calming. This home was so comfortable and had everything we would need to stay there forever!! We had major issues with out Enterprise Rental car and our hostess let us stay later then check out time since we were stranded without a car. This home is quiet and seriously I never wanted to leave.

Overall: we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it for families with kids. Highlights: The best decorated house on the Pacific coast. Amazing location, close to the Hacita beach and so many other attractions. Super clean, spacious and very well maintained. Kids paradise in the loft. Minor housekeeping opportunities: Right front burner doesn't work. No soap and shampoo in the master bathroom. Lights over dining table don't work. Grill lighter doesn't work.

Took the family to Florence for the weekend to have some fun at Rhody Fest. The house was great. It was clean with plenty of room. Only complaint is that the fridge was half full of expired food products that we had to clean out and throw away.

I stayed with my fiance, my daughter, her boyfriend and our other friend couple. We had an amazing time. We played horseshoes and hung out at the fire pit for most of our stay. We BBQ'd for dinner and we really never wanted to leave the property. We took a couple short walks down to the beach and really enjoyed that. We will definitely be coming back and staying at this place. Thank you!
