About this house rental
Welcome to our Beach Bum Cabin come step inside this bright, single-level manufactured home . With room for 8 persons and up to two dogs, you’ll find plenty of space to stretch out—whether you’re watching your favorite show on the flat-screen TV, whipping up tacos in the country-style kitchen, or chasing sunsets along the shore. There is a fully fenced back yard, Gas BBQ, fire pit, Outdoor seating and Hot Tub.

We have an 1 exterior security camera facing the driveway.
There is parking for two vehicles in front of the house. There is no street parking, 2 dog(s), weighing 50 lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific approval.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The best part of this place is the outdoor area with hot tub, cozy furniture and fire pit table. Location to the beach was great. The home itself was decorated nicely and had comfortable couches. It’s a mobile home which we didn’t realize in the listing photos. House had febreeze air fresheners everywhere which killed my allergies when we walked in. Removed them and aired the house out and it was fine after that. We’d definitely come back to Florence but would choose a different property.

This house had everything we needed. Great location, quiet neighborhood and walking distance to the beach. Great place for families with littles. The hot tub was great and the furniture was very comfortable. Tons of bedding and towels. We drove to downtown Florence for lunch and shopping. Plus, golf wasn’t far away. My husband loves the golf course options in and around Florence. Our week long stay FLEW by.We would definitely rent here again.
