Beautiful Garrison Lakefront property in Port Orford, OR. Lake is adjacent to the ocean so you can kayak, paddleboard, or take the small motorboat a short distance across the lake and be right on Agate beach for hours of exploring the tide pools, searching for agates and relaxation. The house is very private and nestled in between a wetlands reserve and neighboring trees. Two bedrooms and two baths with a sleeping loft as well. House comfortably sleeps 4-6. Everything you need is there waiting for you, just bring your clothes. The storage shed on the side has nice kayaks, paddleboards and bikes for your use. There is a great BBQ and outside patio fire pit heater as well.
Brand new dock built in 2019 is perfect for launching the kayaks and SUPs or sitting there with a glass of wine/beer to fish for some of the best trout fishing in southern Oregon right off the dock. It is a stocked lake and the fishing is awesome! Watch the magnificent waves crash against the rocks from the ocean, it is absolutely breathtaking to see. Be ready to interact with plenty of wildlife, deer, birds, and many, many jumping fish! Every season has its beauty. Winter brings some of the most wild spectacular Pacific Northwest storms and Summer is as beautiful as can be.

I have stayed in numerous rental properties and this was by far the best! The pictures are great, but in person it is even better. The house has everything you could possibly want, and the location is perfect. Kelly is very friendly, and available to answer any questions. I can’t say enough good things about this property, and I can’t wait to come back.

What a wonderful month! This gem is clean and comfortable and equipped for adventures. As a cook, I was amazed that any pot, pan, or tool I could require was in the cupboards or drawers. There was even a plethora of spices! We used the canoe to explore the exquisite lake, and we fell into the comfy beds each night grateful for another cool, beautiful day. We are already reserved for the next two years! That's how much we love Kelly and her Garrison Lakehouse.

Immaculately clean home with many amenities. The candy was a special touch. The view is unbeatable and it was so fun to watch the deer come through the yard. I would absolutely recommend this listing and would return again.
