My fiancé is disappointed in our stay. I’m disappointed she is.

The property was clean, furniture wise. I liked the shape of the home, it was very different and something I’ve never stayed the night in before.

I didn’t like that there were spider webs everywhere, and also not all the lights worked, or space heaters. The VCR wasn’t there, so we couldn’t watch any movies. But the one thing for sure we didn’t like was that the hot tub didn’t work, and it was the one thing that we rented the house for. 😔

Renters beware.

Location was bad access. Home needs a deep cleaning. Sliding doors don’t lock. Spiral stairs are very dangerous. Would never stay there again and hope others read this.

TV only in living room. It’s on some stupid streaming service. No real channels.

we enjoyed the location, but probably won’t rent here again

the location and the hot tub. we actually loved the character of the cabin, if it had been in better condition. I can tell there is care that goes into it, but it needs a bit more upkeep.

it was freezing and hard to get to warm up. no locks on bedroom doors. W&D and a request to start towels but not laundry soap. no regular coffee, only decaf. ice cube trays were not filled with ice but some nasty/dirty discolored something. the back side of the house needs some TLC, we were worried at first site. the pictures are very misleading. TVs aren’t hooked up to cable.

Very nice location next to the lake. Embraced by beautiful nature. Great place for outdoor people, loving forest and water.

Almost dilapidated cabin. The pictures on booking.com show the situation 5 or more years ago. Not too clean. This place would be ok for lower price.

Secluded A-Frame on Woahink Lake, Perfect Escape for small group!

The setting of the rental was excellent! Having a view of the beautiful lake from the back patio was amazing. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub at night to relax our muscles after hikes in the dunes. The A-frame has a lot of charm, and is secluded in the forest. We enjoyed the relaxing vacation, and how quiet it was at night. The beds were comfy and clean.

The rental is definitely a bit dated, but not to its detriment. You just have to learn to accept the quirks (low water pressure, rickety spiral staircase in the main house, and the old sliding doors. But we weren't expecting a Ritz, and we were happy with the rustic nature of the cabin. We were a little disappointed that the Foosball table rods were a bit stiff, and the board games seemed to be in disarray (missing pieces, instructions for games that weren't there, etc.), but we assumed that was probably the result of groups with kids before us.......the basement has a bit of a musty smell, but nobody was sleeping down there, so no big deal.
