The location was excellent. There was no breakfast.
Some of the baking pans were dirty and there were many drawers and closets full of tools and personal items in kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. There was Round Up and a sprayer being stored on the floor in the bathroom utility closet. This is a dangerous chemical that should not be stored in the house and we had a toddler with us, which made this especially disturbing. Also the entire west wall was windows, which gave a wonderful view, but there were only blinds installed on the lower levels of windows. My husband went out after dark and looked at the house from the street and could clearly see everything happening in the loft. The loft had two beds and a bathtub in it, which was amazing, but anyone using them could clearly be viewed from the street.

It was an amazing location - couldn't have asked for better! With great views, and floor to ceiling windows for taking them all in! We had a wonderful time at our staff retreat here (small staff - you'd have to get cozy with more than three people...)
The whole place smelled strongly of cleaning supplies when we arrived - the febreeze kind that tries to cover up something underneath it... I went through and opened all - ALL - the windows and the door and let the ocean air carry it away. It took about 30 minutes, but after that initial overwhelming odor, it was absolutely dreamy.

Great location, right by the ocean, beautiful view, you can see sunset right from the house
they charge for cleaning fee yet they still have rules eg. clean all the dishes / empty all garbage / put all used towels and bed sheet in the washer.
