Incredibly disappointed.

The location is obviously amazing, and the number of rooms/bathrooms and space is great.

We were at this location a couple years back (Feb 2023) and there were a few things that could be fixed or improved. They weren’t deal breakers, but they were easy fixes and necessary. They’ve not been addressed and they’ve only gotten worse. All while the price per night has greatly increased. - There were black mold stains on the ceiling and they’re still there. - The upstairs carpet had untreated/never cleaned stains. - The dishwasher detergent basket cannot open because it’s blocked by the dish drawers, so you either have to put detergent into the bottom at the beginning (when the rinse is happening) or wait until mid-cycle to remember to throw it in. The front panel of the dishwasher is also still loose/coming apart. - the heater cranks upstairs (so hot!) but downstairs never gets warmer than about 65. Everyone downstairs had to use several extra blankets at night (winter). - We did notice that one of the bed frames downstairs was broken (footboard was heavily slanted and the wood frame was splintered) and the rental company was quick to send someone out to look/fix it - but it was so very obvious. Like, I cannot figure how the cleaning crew could have made the bed and not been very aware of the issue. It was the first thing we noticed when we walked into the room, upon checking in. - The floors under beds were filthy. I get it, it’s an older home, and a rental, it isn’t going to be filled with high end/amazing things - but for $630 a night, this was absurd. I truly expected that a simple coat of KILZ paint would have been purchased and used in the last 2 years. We won’t be back.

We will certainly return to Arbor house!

The location was amazing, the views were perfection. There were some minor flaws, none enough to deter us from renting this place again in the future.

Our biggest issue was the heater. It was either all the way off (and the house was chilly) or if you clicked it to 60F the furnace cranked like a sauna. After we clicked the thermostat all the way down, the first night, we had to throw open the windows at midnight to try and cool the place down 🙃
