Loved the location and the views of the ocean from the main area and loft.
The washer looked and smelled like it could use a cleaning. Some of the towels did not smell clean.

The property has direct access to a beautiful beach and has a partial view of the ocean. Although small, the property is well laid out and is stocked with everything needed for a comfortable visit. The property feels new and very clean. The property is relatively close (about a 10 minute drive) to a great beach town (Yachats),
There are a few things about the property which it would have been helpful to know in advance. For example, the very short walk to the beach is also very steep and involves a lot of stairs. Also, the beach is quite dangerous at high tide and it is safe to go the beach only at low tide. Also, although Yachats is close, there is very limited grocery shopping in Yachats and the drive to Yachats is at least 10 minutes. None of these are negative. It would just be helpful to know in advance.
The seating area in main room is great for 2 people. We had 3 and there is no way for all 3 to sit and have a conversation, watch TV, etc. I would replace the 3 lounge chairs with a U-shaped couch or similar item.

tv system and wifi worked well
would have been nice to have some instruction on HVAC system. Unfamiliar with minisplit controls. unable to operated consistently.
Barbque was mostly dead.
one day was spoiled by regravel job. very noisy lasted most of day
