Adorable home near the beach. Perfect for families!

The property is in a great location up on a hill overlooking the ocean. There is a view of the ocean from the primary bedroom and living room. We used the beach access path several times which took about two minutes to get down onto the beach. We would not recommend this path for anyone with mobility issues due to broken stairs and having to scramble down the rocks at the end. The house is simple and had everything we needed for our stay!

Upon entering the home we noticed a slight dog pee smell and the carpet in the bedroom had stains. Rugs and carpet could use a professional cleaning. Rooms were pretty barebones and could use some more decor but not too big of a deal.

Solid Location

Good location and value, the ratings on vacasa does a better job of capturing/describing the location and has a much higher review score. There is a fully enclosed backyard for dogs, neighborhood beach access directly across the street, the very bottom of which looked to have been slightly washed out, but appears to have happened due to some strong storms in the spring to all the properties, not a huge deal, but needed to be careful getting down. Would be a solid choice for families with kids/dogs.

I knew it in advance from the reviews, but there were some water spots in the ceilng that hadn't been fixed yet. Nothing to worry about as it didn't affect anything, but is still needing to be fixed.

The property was clean. I brought my dog so it's pet friendly which is important to me. It also was close to the beach.

We have stayed here a couple of times and believe me when I say it WAS outdated and the bathrooms were in need of major updates…. The kitchen was in need of help and the new cupboards and counters are really nice and the floor is a bonus… before the remodel the floor was not level … to le the entrance was the eye catcher the old front door was not secure and the entry was a hot Mess… NOW when you walk in you have a secure front door floor is level and the outside paint job is fresh and clean looking the only downside of the place was the rusty back screen … hard to open due to salt air…. Personally I would have painted the inside with semigloss paint the flat paint you can’t wash off marks and looks dull but overall HUGE IMPROVEMENT

This was a fantastic place to stay. I would recommend it highly.

The location was fantastic. Much better than description and photographs on posting. Perfect place for a family vacation.

There was no cookware to use in the oven. When I notified the host of that, When I notified the host of that, I was told that some backware would be supplied. We used 4 tiny aluminum toaster sheets that I bought at the local grocery for the week.

So roomy and comfortable....everything very clean...well stocked with kitchen supplies and towels....

It was cold.It took a long time to warm up...no list of things to do when checking out.....as for dogs...poop already in yard when we arrived...

Great place, great location.

Large house. Fenced yard. Small dogs could escape if not watched. Had most of our needs.

Only had heaters for heat. They did have a wood burning fireplace.
