The house was located perfectly and had a great setup for a small group.
The stairs to the second story were very steep, making it a good sleeping location only for those able to navigate the steep stairs. Sharing this detail in the description may be helpful to future bookings.

The deck and yard were beautiful and enjoyable. The house was filthy, dated and barely cleaned. I tried to open the window in the upstairs master bedroom and the window came off it's track and I had to catch it. Stains on the rug, furniture, walls and dryer door taped shut, etc. I could not relax in the house because it was so dirty-
Filthy, delayed maintenance/paint and close to public access to beach- busy parking all day long on the street.
