Nice

The house was large and spacious, and the location was close to everywhere.

There was a smell of cigarettes in the house and the beds were old. The terrace could have been better maintained.

Unpleasent !

We chose this apartment specifically because it advertised included parking and convenient check-in. However, upon our arrival, we were asked to pay an unexpected extra fee for these services. This was not mentioned at the time of booking and feels misleading. We believe this should have been clearly stated upfront, as it significantly affected our decision when choosing this accommodation. We kindly request that you address this issue and consider waiving the additional fee.

Unfortunately, our stay at the apartment was negatively affected by two major issues. First, there was constant noise from nearby construction, which made it very difficult to sleep or relax during our stay. This was not mentioned in the listing and had a significant impact on our comfort. Second, the air conditioning unit emitted a very unpleasant odor, making the indoor environment uncomfortable and hard to tolerate.

Spacious and comfortable apartment with good location just few minutes walk to the old town and all restaurants. Washing machine was a big plus!

View to the busy street and cementary. The apartment had a balcony but the view was not what I expected.

Location close to beach, old town, pretty much every important objective.

Instead of a proper bed they used a sort of mattress top on the couch, very uncomfortable, we didn’t know anything about that, they post various pictures and they have among their apartments proper beds with proper mattresses but in the description of the apartment they don’t say anything about that. Anyway the lights were flickering (very annoying) and In the bathroom the face towel suport and the toilet paper suport weren’t fixed on the wall, they were moving all over…

On spot!

Apartment was on spot, 100% in accordance with the presentation, clean and comfortable. It's important to stress out that Budva generally has very bad service level, higyene etc, but this place and hosts were world-class. Even the noise was very low, and noise is something that you expect in downtown Budva, our kids slept firmly. Absolute recommendation! We're also professional hosts, and we were very content.

Excellent place to stay for reasonable prices

Perfect location of the hotel - a stone's throw from the Old Town and a few meters from beautiful Slovenska Beach. The hosts were always available, friendly and helpful. This place is highly recommended. Budva is a fantastic city with sandy beaches, warm and clean sea and a lot of interesting activities for both adults and kids.

Nice place but overrated and overpriced.

The building looks very nice on the outside and is close to the beach.

The room was very small, furniture very basic. For a family with young kids the apartment on the 2nd floor is too noising due to the Perla Club being too close. Overall, I believe the place is not too bad, but certainly not worth 150 E / night.

Good appartments in the central location

Appartments are stylish. Everything you may need is included, except of shampoo. Very nice terrace - balcony.

The biggest drawback is the absence of free parking for the guests. The price of parking is 15 Euro per night (we have gotten it with the discount for 10 Euro). There are also some issues with cleaning. Kitchen utensils have been a little bit dirty and someone’s hair has been in the bathroom.

Amazing apartment, location and staff

Property was quite new with luxury touches. Ample space with living room/kitchen, terrace with a sea view, large shower room with powerful water supply. Hotel equivalent of this apartment would cost at least 3 times more. Bed linen and towels were hotel standard and provided. Staff were friendly. There was a little confusion with booking at the start but it was quickly dealt with. We left a personal item in another flat of the owner and once mentioned owners staff member came in no time and escorted me to that apartment where I picked up the item from where I left it. I highly recommend Royal Montesun Apartments☺️

Absolutely everything that one needs on a leisure stay was there.
