Staff were lovely and friendly but breakfast was awful :(

The hotel upgraded our room from a twin one to queen at no extra charge. They also let us check ln earlier as there was a room available.

I had requested a racecourse view and had a view of the car park. It wasn’t a massive deal mind you The thing that put us off the most was the breakfast. It was terrible. There was no food out, everything ran out at the same time. Had to wait a while as it wasn’t all ready at the same time either. It had ran out of butter for toast too. I was very disappointed with the breakfast and didn’t feel like I got my moneys worth.

Great place to stay short drive away from Glasgow

The location was perfect for us arriving by car, with plenty of parking too. A very warm, friendly and helpful hotel team, from reception to the restaurant. Spacious and clean room with a very comfy beds, one of the best I’ve ever slept on. Simple breakfast which is plenty to start your day. Having a family in Glasgow, I used to stay in the other hotel, same area, and chose this one only because of the late check-in available, but now it’s going to be my first option to look at.

The only little downside, I’m used to sleeping with an open window, and the windows are not opening in the room, but it felt well conditioned so nothing major.

Don't just think about booking.....DO IT!

I love staying here, I've been a few times now and they never let me down. I am a disabled traveller and their facilities are second to none. The rooms are comfy and spacious. The showers are hot and the TV is big. The free parking and free breakfast are just amazing too.

That the decaf coffee is not very nice. But i just bring my own anyway :)

Good room, clean and well equipped. Breakfast is good although being a buffet it can be lukewarm.

On my second morning I had around a 15 minute wait while the hot food dishes were replenished. This should have been dealt with more quickly.

What a wonderful place to stay

what a wonderful place to stay. The rooms a great size, the beds were comfy and the shower was outstanding! total walk in, which is standard for every room. So for me, with mobility issues, it was ideal. The self controlling climate panel was excellent and very handy for the changable Scottish weather. The TV was MASSIVE! The wifi was fast and FREE The breakfast was excellent and FREE The parking was plentiful and FREE! What more could you ask for? Friendly staff? Amazing views? Yes, they had that too... nothing was too much trouble and everyone had warm friendly smiles.

So now I have to find something I didn't like. Thats a tough one and to be fair, I'd have to nit pick to do that so I'd rather not. What I do know is, if you did find something you didn't like, the staff would deal with that for you anyway.

There was a stain on the carpet in our room but that was the only dirty thing in the room and if there was older people staying in the rooms I don’t think they would be able to work the heating/ari-con system

Great hotel but didn’t like what happened last night.

My partner and I stay here a lot and we always have a great time. The rooms are lovely, comfortable bed and it is always clean. The breakfast is excellent and great location.

The hotel is great, but last night the AC alarm went off around midnight and we called reception, they said they would send someone to fix it. We were waiting almost an hour and after calling 3 times someone came and flicked the switch 2 times and said she couldn’t fix it and we would have to move rooms at 1:00am in the morning. Not a good experience at all.

Good location for us as we were going to a wedding

Unfortunately they only had a wheelchair access room available which was fine in itself however when we woke in the morning and each had a shower omg what an absolute disaster. The shower head was broken and the water just exploded everywhere in the toilet the whole floor was absolutely soaking and was a severe health hazard walking on that floor or even moving slightly was risky how no staff had not checked this when they were cleaning the bathroom beats me
