We spent a lovely week in this cottage over the New Year celebrations and it was great! The house is beautifully kept—spotlessly clean, well-equipped and comfortable. Internet connection is good. Superb bed linens and towels (way above expectations). The road access is excellent with plenty of parking space, which made arrivals and departures hassle-free. The hosts, who live next door, were incredibly warm and welcoming. The surrounding area offers lots of great places to explore, and the hot tub was an absolute highlight- perfect for relaxing in the winter evenings! We’d highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.
Nothing to worry but, but the following would be valubale to improve
* Wi-fi password is way too complex, I was struggling a bit to put it into multiple device we have. Ideally switch to easy password and from extender to mash network. Although I repeat connection overall was good, much better than in other similar places we stayed.
* Non-stick frying pans due to be replaced.

The location is stunning, right by the estuary. The property has everything you need and is maintained and set up to a very high standard. Veronica and Alan, the owners, were very attentive and welcoming and nothing was too much bother. A lovely stay in a beautiful area.

Views from the well equipped and clean cottage were lovely and there was plenty of wildlife, including hares and a hunting barn owl, to enjoy.
Short flat walk to the coastal path.
Having to pay a £200 security bond before arriving at the cottage (which was returned the day after our stay since we left the cottage as we found it)
All the house rules in the letter from the owners pre-arrival and notes found throughout the property.
Booking.com did not make it clear that the hot tub in the pictures was at extra cost (£100 for 3 night stay).
