Nice room, clean & comfy. Tom (Thomas) greeted us & he was very pleasant
When I saw the place I was going to run, then I noticed a sign Under renovation,the interior is much better than the outside. When you're on vacation you need to have a sleep in, alas not here well not if you want breakfast. The bar/lounge was closed by 8.30pm. the stairs yet with all of this it's a nice place

Friendly staff, great atmosphere.
Everyone made us feel welcome.
Lovely food, good beer.
Would definitely stay again.
We were in the middle of a heatwave and it was really hot. The bedroom window didn’t open far.
Not a criticism as everyone in the UK was struggling with the heat.

The pub itself was okay.
The staff were very helpful and welcoming.
Squiz was exceptional.
Very dog friendly.
The bedroom was spacious.
Bed comfortable.
The room was like a furness.
It was too hot without Aircon, windows that didn't open and no fan.
The fan they brought us helped, but the room was still unpleasantly warm. Too uncomfortable to sleep.
The furniture was dated and no hangers were inside wardrobe.
Nowhere to put items in the bathroom.
No one is available except during pub opening hours.
