Suite 111 is a ground floor suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix. This unit offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bathroom including a shower. Small soaps are provided. Suite 111 has a kitchenette all ready for preparing meals, a dining table, and a living room featuring a queen size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a patio that has direct access to our private beach, just a few steps away from downtown.
Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

We stayed 5 nights at this property, the location was within walking distance to everything. We sat on the patio and the lake was a few feet away, the sunsets were amazing. The lake street Market has the best sandwiches in the world, Sante rest, breakfast, lunch or dinner and the Red Messa covering Mexican dishes. The afternoon that we checked out I received a call advising that we left some clothing in a drawer and they will be sending it our home. Great service and we highly reccomend this unit.

Place was amazing and we loved the Lakeview and private beach. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning on staying in Boyne City.

Check in to check out was seamless. The accommodations were very nice. The only thing that needs replacement is the hide-a bed, springs are broken and not comfortable.
