Suite 309 is a third-floor suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix from both the living room and upstairs bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and utensils ready for in-suite meals. This kitchenette offers two barstools for extra seating and a dining table for two. The living room features a queen-size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach. Upstairs you will find an updated bathroom with a large walk-in shower, along with one bedroom featuring a king-size bed and flat-screen TV.
Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

Staff was amazing. Location and view were awesome. Unit was clean and well-supplied. My only complaint was that floors needed a re-do. Carpet was out-dated and stained.

Bugs on towels in bathroom—happened on two different occasions and days.Poor mattress in upstairs bedroom. No support. Exacerbated low back pain.Poor cleanliness of beach area as I found a broken beer bottle on the beach. My toddler was within a few inches of stepping on it. Had been to this rental since 2018 but with my recent trip in July 2023, I’m rethink booking at another rental.Sad
