Suite 112 is a ground floor suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix. This unit offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bathroom with a tub. Suite 112 has a full kitchen all ready for preparing meals, dining table for two, and a living room featuring a queen size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. Coffee is provided as well as small travel sized soap. The sliding glass door opens to a patio that has direct access to our private beach.
Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

Chris at the front desk was super sweet and very helpful. We absolutely loved the view! The furnishings were so beautiful too. We were so close to some of our favorite restaurants as the location was perfect. The bed was so comfy as well! Overall, we were so happy we chose Water Street Inn lodging.

The unit was very clean. Great view of water. Easy access to unit. Onsite staff were very helpful. Getting clean towels (using tote system) was easy. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed to have most of the things you'd need. Appliances looked new. Good temp control in unit. Good water pressure and water temp. Many great places to visit (and eat) within walking distance. Only concerns were the tub height (very high, difficult for short legs, like a hurdle), but great for a bath. Other concern was the mattress , it was very soft (especially in the sagging middle). We prefer a firmer mattress, but that is just us. Overall, very cozy and we would stay again.
