Suite 208 is a beautifully renovated second-floor suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix and the beach below. Elevator available for easy access to your unit. This unit offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Suite 208 has a fully equipped kitchenette with a stovetop and large countertop toaster/convection oven, gorgeous extended granite countertops with barstools, a dining table, and a living room featuring a queen-size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and a flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray DVD player. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach.
Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix in downtown Boyne City. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

We had an amazing time in downtown Boyne City! We spent the day skiing and then came back to such a fun, lively downtown filled with great restaurants and pubs—the perfect way to wrap up a day on the slopes.The condo was right on Lake Charlevoix with a beautiful view that made mornings and evenings extra special. It was spotless, cozy, and comfortably slept four of us without feeling crowded. The kitchen was well-equipped and perfect for making a few meals in, which we really appreciated. Plus, you can’t beat the location—walking distance to so many shops and restaurants made everything so convenient.The staff was courteous and welcoming, the price was very reasonable, and the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. And don’t skip brunch at Café Santé—it’s a must!Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be returning again soon.
