Suite 208 is a beautifully renovated second-floor suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix and the beach below. Elevator available for easy access to your unit. This unit offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Suite 208 has a fully equipped kitchenette with a stovetop and large countertop toaster/convection oven, gorgeous extended granite countertops with barstools, a dining table, and a living room featuring a queen-size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and a flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray DVD player. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach.
Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix in downtown Boyne City. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

Nice condo, needs a bathroom renovation, get rid of the tub. Furniture is very cheap and uncomfortable, patio chairs are old and falling apart.

We spent a weekend at this condo. Probably the loveliest thing about it is the balcony overlooking the beach and lake: spectacular! It was immaculately clean. The coffee packets were a wonderful bonus. You can walk to downtown, which features restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. We HIGHLY recommend this condo - it was perfect. Also, Chris at the front desk was helpful and friendly.
