Suite 212 is a second-floor suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix. An elevator is available on site for easy access to all units. This unit offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Small soaps are provided. Suite 212 has a kitchenette equipped with dishes and utensils ready for in-suite meals, a dining table for two, and a living room featuring a queen size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach.
Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix in downtown Boyne City. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

My husband and I have stayed at Waterstreet Inn for thirty years. Each room we choose has different character and charm. If you are older and/or have trouble getting in and out of a high sided tub, be sure to ask if your choice of room is a walk in shower or a tub. The entire complex was cleaner than years past and new management has made a difference! Great choice for a peaceful stay!

The location was excellent - a view right down Lake Charlevoix. The beach was wonderful - warm and shallow. The king size bed was very comfortable. A larger two burner stove would have been helpful.
