Suite 210 is a second-floor suite with a breathtaking view of Lake Charlevoix. An elevator is on site for easy access to all units. This unit offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Small soaps are provided. Suite 210 has a kitchenette equipped with dishes and utensils ready for in-suite meals, a dining table, and a living room featuring a queen size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach.
Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix in downtown Boyne City. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

View to die for, 2nd floor great location. Furniture was average, pull out couch was not usable for sleeping horrible, plan on sleeping on the couch. Kitchen and bathroom dated, jacuzzi tub did not work big disappointment. Older tube tv has to go no option for streaming Netflix. Fortunately we were able to move to another unit the next day.
