Suite 215 is a second-floor suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix. This unit offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bathroom with a bathtub. Small soaps are provided. Suite 215 has a kitchenette equipped with dishes and utensils ready for in-suite meals. This unit has a full-size dining table and a spectacular view of the city with it being an end unit. The living room features a queen-size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach.
Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix in downtown Boyne City. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. An elevator is on site for easy access to all units. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

The one bedroom suite was very clean, cozy, nicely decorated and comfortable. Loved the views out all the windows. Staff was helpful and friendly. I'd stay there again.

Excellent view of Lake Charlevoix and morning sunrises, just a flight of stairs away from the beach. The condo was clean and comfortable for a couple, probably room for a couple of children as well. There was a property manager on sight everyday during business hours. Fortunately we didn't need anything but nice to know someone was there if we did. Location was excellent, 5 minute walk to just about everything in Boyne City and an easy drive to Petosky, Bay Harbor, Charlevoix, etc. Several golf courses within 15 minutes. We ate at most of the restaurants in town, our favorite was Cafe Sante which we went to multiple times. The SkyBridge is about 10 minutes away, we were there before the fall color but still a scenic chair lift ride and bridge walk. The scenic view of Lake Charlevoix from the Avalanche Preserve lookout at the top of a 462 step flight of stairs was also pretty good if you have an hour to spare. Highly recommend this condo and location.

We have stayed at this resort several times and love it but this unit does not reflect the Water Street image and should not charge full price. The bed was comfortable and the view was amazing but the carpet is stained and the wallpaper is peeling off.
