Suite 215 is a second-floor suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix. This unit offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bathroom with a bathtub. Small soaps are provided. Suite 215 has a kitchenette equipped with dishes and utensils ready for in-suite meals. This unit has a full-size dining table and a spectacular view of the city with it being an end unit. The living room features a queen-size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach.
Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix in downtown Boyne City. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. An elevator is on site for easy access to all units. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

My two children and I stayed here for a long weekend for their events scheduled nearby. Everything was perfect. The condo was beautiful, cleanly, comfortable, relaxing. The views were perfect. The location to walk to an ice cream shop/other restaurants/etc. were very convenient. The ability to watch the kids play on the beach or grass just outside of the balcony if I had a few things to do was incredible, It was one of the most peaceful places I have stayed. The customer service/front desk personnel were so kind and helpful (I will mention a Chris or Kris as we checked in was lovely). This condo/experience is definitely a favorite and we hope to stay here every year!

We have stayed at this resort several times and love it but this unit does not reflect the Water Street image and should not charge full price. The bed was comfortable and the view was amazing but the carpet is stained and the wallpaper is peeling off.
