Suite 107 is a ground floor, completely remodeled suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix. Beautiful spot to watch the sunset. This unit offers one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bathroom. Suite 107 has a fully equipped kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops all ready for preparing meals. The living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper, a gas-log fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a patio that has direct access to our private beach, and downtown is just a few steps away.
Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

Glass doors open to beautiful lake view. Small grassy area before stepping down only a few stairs allows for a little separation from the beach, allowing for a private area yet easy access and views of the lake. We enjoyed the location as it’s right downtown, an easy walk to restaurants and shops yet this condo is nestled into a private corner of the town. My only complaint would be the very limited hours of the complex office. We were left notes, and phone numbers were available but having someone in the actual office would have been helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! Close to everything and the condo was perfect! Very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The only minor feedback is the firmness of the mattress, very very firm (and we know some like it that way, and we do not). Other than that, we highly recommend! Thank you!

This was our first time to Boyne City & we were very pleased with our accomodations. The condo itself was immaculate as far as cleanliness. The supplies were sufficient, regarding extra bedding, kitchen utensils, toilet paper, etc. And the abundance of night lights throughout the place was very much appreciated, as I always travel with my own just in case! Having two TVs was also an unexpected perk. However, it would have been nice if the bedroom TV remote worked the receiver box as well as turning the TV on & off (I had to manually turn the TV on & off). I did mention this to the reception area along with the microwave light bulb being burned out. Neither of the two things were fixed upon our departure. Unfortunately, our only negative thing to comment on is the bed. We've traveled quite extensively throughout the US as well as abroad & we've never had such an uncomfortable king sized bed as this one was. It was the equivalent to sleeping on a concrete floor with a 2 inch cushion between us & the floor. Given this is why I'm giving our rating 3 out of 5 stars in the "satisfied with your stay" rating. Aside from the bed issue, the unit as well as the entire grounds were in pristine condition as well as appearance.
