Suite 312 is a third-floor suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix from both the living room and upstairs bedroom. The unit has a full kitchen and is fully equipped with dishes and utensils ready for in-suite meals. This kitchen offers a dining table for two and two bar stools for extra seating. The living room features a queen-size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach. Upstairs you will find an updated bathroom shower/tub combination, along with one bedroom featuring a king-size bed and flat-screen TV.
Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

This place ended up living to expectations and more! The unit was just as pictured on their website and everything in the unit was squeaky clean. There was plenty of space for me and my partner to feel comfortable and the balcony with uninterrupted views of lake Michigan was a bonus. Not sure why this place is only rated as 3 stars, but it felt like a 4 star property with 5 star service. The next time we are in the area, we will definitely be looking to book this place again! Also, thank you to the receptionist for working with us as we ended up not being able to check in until after normal check-in hours.
