Suite 312 is a third-floor suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix from both the living room and upstairs bedroom. The unit has a full kitchen and is fully equipped with dishes and utensils ready for in-suite meals. This kitchen offers a dining table for two and two bar stools for extra seating. The living room features a queen-size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach. Upstairs you will find an updated bathroom shower/tub combination, along with one bedroom featuring a king-size bed and flat-screen TV.
Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

Peaceful and quiet. Loved loved loved the balcony and view. Loved hearing the waves lap in the beachfront. Love Boyne City. Walk to town easy. Will be back. Only drawback, wish there was a half bath on the main floor.

Very pleasantly surprised by the charming small town of Boyne City. Loved that everything we needed was in walking distance from the Water Street Inn. We enjoyed the short rides to explore Petoskey, Charlevoix and even Mackinaw. The cool weather was the bonus for us Southerners.
