Perfect property for a relaxing stay in Cassis

Exquisite property brilliantly located in Cassis. Sabine and Eric were wonderful hosts. Well appointed rooms, beautiful pool and terrace, stunning (healthy) breakfasts. Just a 10 minute stroll to the buzzy atmosphere of the Port with plenty of high quality food offerings. The Calanques are well worth a visit both on foot and by boat and the opportunities for superb views and walking along the Route des Cretes are amazing. Plenty of welcoming local vineyards for tastings as well!

Brilliant accommodation with suburb views and delightful hosts

The setting was spectacular, high above the village, and directly out to sea. Rooms are spacious, efficiently designed with tasteful, very comfortable, contemporary decor (including a writing table and lounge chairs in our room - a larger room, well worth the cost). The swimming pool is large and encompassed by a lovely, well-placed terrace, with sun throughout day. Eric and Sabine, the hosts, were amongst the friendliest, most helpful we've encountered, straight-away from the offer of a glass of rosé upon arrival. Superb breakfasts (with personal choices available each day!!!) were served to our terrace with broad smiles and greetings. They were incredibly generous with time to talk of the area, best walks in the nearby Calanques, and superb restaurant recommendations. They even dealt with some exceptional circumstances related to an additional guest in our party, with composure and care. Truly, everything above and beyond!! Parking was excellent and the location is easy to drive to without messing with heavy village traffic. And the residence is within easy walking distance of the old village (although an incline as everywhere in Cassis): great exercise after a splendid dinner in the village. Residence Cassis is superb, absolutely, recommended without reservation.

There are a few sets of 3 - 5 steps from the entrance down to the guest rooms, which haven't any guardrails, so require some caution (especially after a late, wine-filled dinner!). But not a problem, and the hosts were vigilant to dry them and put out mats in the rain! Just mentioning this for guests who might have mobility issues: I believe there may be some accessible rooms, but we didn't confirm this.

An oasis of peace and calm with hosts who give lots of care and attention

We enjoyed a fabulous stay, a calm and tranquil environment with much care and attention shown to us and the property. The breakfast was delicious with freshly cooked eggs and pancakes, lovely coffee too, all with a fabulous view.

A great choice to discover Cassis

Ideally located on the heights of Cassis, very close by foot to the seafront and town center. The view is amazing, the hosts and staff are super nice, and the breakfast on the terrasse memorable!

The lightbulbs were clinic white, which made the room interior a tat cold :)

Incroyable!

Our stay here was incredible! We were collected from the train station and greeted with a cold glass of rose. The breakfast was incredible, and the location absolutely perfect! Couldn't speak more highly about the address!

Very enjoyable break and Eric is the perfect host

The room was excellent, with bi-folding doors onto private patio and sun beds. The en-suite shower room was beautifully appointed. The breakfast was served daily to our room and was high class.

We got bitten by mosquito's which are attracted by the room lights, where a large gap is at the top of the bi-folding doors. The bathroom offered limited condiments. Soap only Unfortunately the pool is not heated and we did not use it. (mid-June)

Fantastic choice , perfection

The warmest welcome from Eric and Sabine , the attention to detail of all aspects of our stay, immaculate room with very comfy bed , the hot tub and stunning pool were a delight . Eric was most helpful with car parking and great tips of places to visit for the rest of our day . Breakfast was so delicious and served on the patio . Just perfect.

A simply divine experience. 10/10 would recommend

The facility owners (Eric and Sabine) were absolutely amazing. So helpful and considerate to our needs. Also, the location is divine, overlooking the sea. All in all, a most memorable experience and I’d do it all over again if given the chance

Because we arrived in early March, the weather wasn’t the best and the air conditioning/heater in the room didn’t provide sufficient warmth some times (not all the time). But that’s not entirely the fault of the property

it was such an amazing stay! the staff are really kind and went above and beyond to help us out; they picked us up from the train station and drove us to the doctor without hesitation. The facilities were so clean and the pool was perfect. The breakfast was exceptional - homemade, fresh, organic and locally sourced and it was such a pleasure to wake up to it every morning. It was honestly better than we ever expected :) Thank you for a lovely holiday!!

Would highly recommend this delightful, luxurious and comfortable base from which to enjoy the delights of Cassis.

The Address is a perfect place to be. It is close to the bustling centre of Cassis whilst being peaceful and private.

Although not a long walk into the centre, the uphill walk back, given the heat, was a little challenging. Well worth it though to enjoy both the town and lovely facilities at The Address. Eric spotted us on our return one day and quickly offered ice cold drinks.

Sublime experience, gorgeous design

We loved everything about this boutique hotel - the owners are very generous and knowledgeable about the area, and made us feel welcome right away. The property is beautifully landscaped and situated above the main port area, about a 10-15 minute walk downhill to town. They have paid loving attention to every detail of the design and layout of the rooms, the pool, etc. Our end room felt very private and quiet, with a lovely terrace for breakfast, lounging, yoga. Exceptionally lovely bedding and super comfy bed. I think the supersonic japanese toilet might be an acquired taste, but is indicative of the level of care and no expenses spared approach to everything. Sabines breakfasts are delicious - we had fresh fruits and homemade yoghurt and breads delivered to our terrace each morning by Eric. The whole experience was sublime!

Absolutely perfect!

The beautiful warm welcome from Eric and Sabine, with a glass of local wine and a little introduction to Cassis, was a perfect start to our three night stay at their gorgeous hotel. The delicious breakfasts served to our patio each morning was our highlight - everything so fresh with homemade cake and granola by Sabine. The spotlessly clean and modern room was spacious and private . The peaceful and relaxing pool area was a joy to return to on the hot afternoons. Safe parking and closeness to the harbour was an added bonus. We were truly looked after by Eric and Sabine, who are passionate about their business and their guests, and we will certainly return.

A welcoming and beautifully run small hotel. Eric and Sabine are excellent hosts and go out of their way to ensure that you enjoy your time in Cassis. Breakfast by the pool was especially delightful.

Outstanding stay in a beautiful house with exceptional hosts

The Address is an amazing place with Eric and Sabine as exceptional hosts. We really felt at home. Eric gave useful tips for restaurants and trips in the neighbourhood. La Table de Marie is definitely a good place to have dinner, as well as O Rèv. We adored the room, the quality of the bed and the shower. The entire setting is well thought about. And last but not least, the breakfast is excellent. Definitely a place to recommend and to return to. Thank you Eric and Sabine for your hospitality, your professionalism and your friendliness. You are amazing!

A minor remark is the location. The Address is situated in a crowded street and sometimes the noise of the cars and the surrounding houses can be heard. When you enter The Address you feel like entering an oasis. The swimming pool, the garden, all so nice and then the noise can be somehow disturbing. But as said, this is only a very minor remark compared to the overall very positive experience. And oh yes, being very sensitive to light colour, I would change the cold led lamps in the room into warm colour led :)

The Address is a fantastic place to stay in Cassis. We highly recommend it. Everything was excellent - the rooms are modern and spacious - the pool is great- the view to the ocean when you have breakfast!! The owners Eric and Sabine are lovely and super friendly and helped us with all our requests and questions. We definetly come back!
