Friendly staf, broken deck paid Sauna.

Nice calm garden area, staff was helpful, good size room with bathtub.

Pastic decking floors needs to be replaced ASP they where wobaly and broken in some places. Especially around swimingpool and the steps of entrance to the room ! mine was broken and dangerous. Swimingpool area was not very clean. Misleading advertisment of hottub and sauna. On arrival got to know that its paid service with need of reservation was very disapointed with that. Also after sun set pool area is dark and unpleasant to be at. Could work on some cozy lights.

Great location, super pool, happy family visit

Great location away from the busyness of Cassis. The walk there and back, in August's heat was a challenge for some of the family! Breakfast had enough variety to suit everyone, albeit that it was exactly the same each day The Pool was essential for my two Grandchildren' fun - the beach in Cassis was far too crowded, sandy and without shade. Proximity of local boulangerie and Pizza Place was helpful and the little local Supermarket was less than ten minutes' walk

The following list may seem excessive, but i have mentioned these matters so that management at the hotel have some genuine critical suggestions. These are meant to be helpful improvement opportunities, not complaints. Overall our family stay was excellent. The electronic locks on some rooms were hopeless/useless - stick with an old-fashioned key! The staff were perfectly friendly but seemed to have little interest in engaging with visitors, unlesss asked for information. There is a lot of admin to be dealt with, each day, of course. Cost of breakfast was excessive - i would have preferrred an "all-in" room-plus-breakfast rate The grounds need more proactve maintenance and concern from management. The same beer can was on the ground for at least five days, plants in containers were dying due to lack of water and it took two days for replacement ping-pong balls to arrive The table football machine was broken in several places - so easy to order a new one. There are many places around the pool and other areas where the decking is collapsing or broken. This is potentailly quite dangerous - at the end of the Summer Season, may i suggest a refit? I really think each room should be provided with a small fridge and tea/coffee making facilities

This hotel has a welcoming and relaxed vibe!

Staff were lovely. Rooms cleaned daily and smelled lovely. Great pool. A bit of a walk to the town but when it’s hot it’s easy enough to also catch the bus for one euro to most areas including the national park. Cassis is a magic place . There is also a great bollangerie and pizza place next door ! I would stay here again!

This place has gone downhill

Not a lot to like. Have stayed here many times in the past years and it has been lovely. However, this time it was terrible.

Take me back!

Great hotel with a beautiful pool surrounded by a lovely patio. Our family room had two bedrooms, each with their own mini-split and a door to separate. We walked to and from Cassis center which was a little long, but better than fighting for parking and a nice walk to get some steps in. It took about 15-20 minutes for our able-bodied family. Great bakery within walking distance just up the road.

Avoid Annexe Rooms

Breakfast and pool.

Annexe bedrooms were shocking you do not see these bedrooms advertised on website. Very poorly maintained. External stairs and balconies not clean. Annex bedrooms dark and dingy do not meet "superior" description. No fridge or tea/coffee facilities in room. Balcony canopy in serious disrepair.

Very charming hotel! The room was larger than I expected, comfortable and clean. The same can be said for the bathroom. Great location, super close to the beahc Port with many restaurants around. I rent a car, it was also super easy to get to the calanques.

Just what we needed

The staff in this hotel were so friendly, kind and helpful. It is not luxurious but a lovely boutique hotel with a beautiful pool and small garden. It is a ten minute walk into Cassis downhill, a little longer going uphill! We really enjoyed it here and would definitely recommend and return, thank you to the staff you were all 5*!

Cassis is a great location with a lot to do.

Friendly staff, checked in early and room was ready. Breakfasts excellent. Pool area pleasant for a relax after a day out. Bar staff very helpful .

The time estimate for getting to the town centre and back was a bit optimistic ( 10-15 mins one way!) OK for the young, but it is a steep uphill return ! Beds very hard and as a result sleep wasn't the most relaxing.

Family short stay in Cassis

Nice location with parking (which is important in Cassis!) and a relatively easy walk to town (not to steep on return). Good pool and simple but nice rooms.

A little expensive and breakfast is extra €14 pp which is a shame not to be included. However, everywhere in Cassis is pricey and I would recommend for a no frills stay.

Disappointing

The staff was very nice, they understood our disappointment with the hotel. They didn't charge us for the extra breakfast and offered a bottle of wine.

It is near a roadway, the 'balcony' was a seating area outside of our room, but there was traffic noise so it wasn't very nice to sit out there. The room was big but lacked any charm. In fairness we had just come from a beautiful 5 star hotel. However we had to book two rooms because none of them had two beds so my daughter and I stayed in one room and my husband was in a different building which wasn't great. The pillows were awful. All that being said by the end of our two days there I wasn't as upset as when we checked in.

The hotel is 10 min away from the centre of Cassis which is great, there is a private parking and wifi works well. The receptionist was very accomodating and spoke perfect english.

Cleanliness is not amongst the high points of the hotel. We had issues with dirty bedding. The furniture is dated and the doors are quite shabby.

Room was clean but very warn down and poorly soundproofed, the bath was shabby and the terrace of our room looked not inviting. No fridge. All The interior and furniture at the pool area were also very worn down. Expected more for 250€ per night in a 3 star hotel.
