Room changed for a worse one and floor completely flooded!

It is a nice place with a lot of potential

We booked a room with a balcony but they gave us one without. They advised me some hours in advance promising a discount, which they never applied. The new room had no bed, just a sofa-bed not opened and not made. Moreover, no bath gel and shampoo were provided. The second night they gave us the room we booked; also in this case we had to make the bed by ourselves (maybe the policy of the structure?) and no bath gel and shampoo were present. The next morning I had a shower and, in less then 3 minutes ALL THE ROOM, not only the bathroom, was COMPLETELY flooded. For the rest the structure is not bad, but at this trip it was awful...

Brand new Résidence, everything new, new building, new furniture, new kitchen stuff. Rooms comfortable, by car close to Cassis 8 min.

Reception working hours. - Our room was not ready, reception was closed and for first night they provide us emergency spare room without any pillowcases, bedsheets. It was uncomfortable

J'ai aimé la localisation (entre Cassis et Roquefort, La Ciotat), le parking gratuit, les chiens acceptés et les équipements tous neufs + la permanence d'astreinte à distance si besoin

J'ai moins aimé les abords de la residence (en contrebas de la route, sans trottoir, le long d'un vallon, a l'ecart du centre du village, il faut prendre la voiture pour chercher le pain, même si des petits pains sont proposés a la résidence) et le canapé lit (pas tres confortable)

Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Das Appartement war mit allem gut eingerichtet. Es hatte einen Starter Kit mit Reinigungsutensilien für die Küche. Saubere Bettwaren und Handtücher. Ein Foodtruck war da wenn man einen Snack für zwischendurch brauchte.

Leider konnte kein Fenster in der Nacht gekippt werden. Es ist relativ ringförmig, falls Nachbarn früh aufstehen, hört man dies.

Det står att de pratar engelska men kvinnan i receptionen var ganska tydlig med att hon inte gillade det.

Le studio est équipé à minima. Propreté moyenne, absence de gel douche, pas d’attention particulière pour les voyageurs. Rapport qualité prix négatif: 200 euros pour une nuit, excessif pour ce qui est proposé.

Belle appartement très bien situé

Très belle appartement bien situé proche de Cassis. Le plus la piscine et la possibilité de commander des viennoiseries et du pain. Sur place également une petite restauration à l'extérieur près du parking. Nous n'avons pas testé.
