So comfortable and relaxing. I would return in a heartbeat

A short walk to the centre of beautiful Cassis yet quiet and peaceful. The apartment was comfortable and spacious with everything you need to cook meals in. Great washing machine facilities (we have been travelling for three months, so important for us). We were in an apartment on the ground floor overlooking the pool which looked pristine, even though it was December. Isabel made us feel very welcome on arrival. There was a great small library of English novels.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment in the town of Cassis

Wonderful modern and spacious apartments, beautifully furnished and with all the utilities you could possibly need. Friendly reception staff who are incredibly helpful. The location is amazing, less than five minutes walk to the port.

Lovely peaceful stay

The property was very secluded, quiet and spacious. The view over the water unfortunately cannot be seen as the plants have grown too much and obstruct the view. The property is not on the HPC site and is more than a 15 minute walk, up a steep hill. There were limited supplies in the apartment - no washing detergent and no sharp cutting knives. Overall it was a very peaceful stay with very good facilities but the location is quite a distance from the town centre - you definitely need a car

Despite telling the concierge our arrival time of 5pm and being told they would be there to meet us, we arrived at the property and had to wait about 20 minutes for them to arrive.

Best place to stay in Cassis

The location is superb; a few minutes walk to the center of the town. Free parking in front of the house. The room is really spacious with all the amenities and outside private space. The pool and sunbeds are lovely to relax.

Beautiful hotel with modern facilities in center of Cassis

Nice suite with many amenities, nice shower, comfortable bed , excellent location, pool , parking, very good value for Cassis compared to the local hotels

They wanted to charge us an extra $12 for parking to leave our car Park until 3 PM , nobody can check in before 4 PM so the parking was not full until 4 pm.

Great property, enjoyed the location and the parking is a plus for the area.

The specific reception check-in times / check-in process is a bit strange and the €20 per 2 hrs for a late check-out, but then it starts from 10am feels like scratching for pennies instead of just charging a higher rate and build that in with a normal noon check-out. Was also difficult to find where the sun bed matts are located, we couldn’t find them, as great as straight timber is for the back.

Fantastic place to stay in Cassis

This is absolutely a perfect place to stay when in Cassis!!! 1st of all the rooms are awesome, very spacious super clean full kitchen and living room with everything you need, laundry if needed, all all all you need! It is a beautiful property, and the pool is such a great bonus !!! PLUS it has perfect location only about 200 meters from the city centre and the famous local market (which was amazing). It has private parking on site (just make sure you dont get charged for extra…. We did but the owners refund it as it was a mistake just took little extra time out of my days to get it …)

Nice apartment, fabulous location, but rock hard bed

Proximity to town, modern and clean, good A/C, nice pool, free parking was critical as all the public parking was full on the day we arrived.

Only issue, but kind of major, the Bed was hard as a rock and seemed cheap-worst on our 2 week trip.

Late check in 4pm and standard check out 10.00am You will get asked for €700 upon checking in in case of any damages. I guess just don’t have any accidents.

It’s difficult to say anything negative about this property as it is of exceptional quality. The pillows could be better but they were still good.

Superb experience and a genuinely excellent manager in Isabelle.

Unfortunately the villa we had booked was, we learnt on arrival, unavailable due to a water leak. Isabelle, the manager who met us on arrival informed us that she had placed us in another property and upon hearing this news, I feared the worst. When she told me that she was upgrading us, I confess to thinking this might be disastrous. How wrong I was ! The villa we were offered was superb and whilst a little further up the hill, it was actually, in hindsight much better located as indeed Isabelle had promised.

I can't genuinely fault anything, the villa was superb, Isabelle couldn't have been more helpful or charming and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Cassis.

Amazing location - very convenient with ample parking, plenty of space and very clean!

The location was excellent - very convenient especially with the on-site parking (it is right next door to a very busy and popular parking garage that everyone else seemed to be using to visit the downtown area, and we didn't even need to move our car from the hotel's parking lot). Also, things were very clean and we were able to have an apartment that with easy access to our friends' apartment.

1. The code to get out of the gate upon check-out did not work. We figured out a work-around. Sounds like the hotel is aware and working on a fix. 2) The bed had broken wooden slots that evidently a previous guest had not told the hotel about. My husband was able to make the bed work by moving the slots to the foot of the bed and let the manager know, so hopefully this will be fixed for future guests. I don't blame the hotel as they had no way of knowing if the responsible party did not report it.

Great accommodation, had everything we needed, including a well equiped kitchenette. Location was outstanding, easy stroll into the main area of town. Parking included on site which was a bonus

Incredibly clean and roomy - perfect for families!

HUGE unit with a gorgeous terrace and beautiful pool area. Kitchen was bigger than the one in my home apartment! Unit was so clean that I almost didn't want to mess anything up haha. If I were a family I would be incredibly comfortable and happy with the value I received. As a solo traveler I probably did not need all the space but I loved having it regardless! Isabella was incredibly helpful and made sure I had everything I need!

Downside: they said there would be washer and dryer but I did not come across that? Not sure if they meant that was just accessible within the building. I didn't have time to use it anyway but that could be problematic for other people visiting because they were expecting access to laundry. Also, using the phrase "private pool" in the description. I think this is an English translation issue. It's a shared pool so it is not "private" but it private to the facility (and beautiful I might add!)

The apartment was wonderful , modern and sunny ( for April ) The only thing we did not like there wasn’t 1 English speaking channel on TV. But it caters to English speaking guests.

Wonderful place in Cassis!

Great location - close to everthing. Isabelle was very helpful, we got some really good tips on local beaches and hikes. Pool is a life saver in the summer heat, really clean and decent size. The place is also super clean and has everything you need

Overall a great place to stay!

Overall a great place. The apartment was very nice and new, spacious, clean ,and had air conditioning. It was great to have a full kitchen and kitchen supplies. The view from the balcony (2nd floor) is very nice. Great to have washers and dryers. Short walk to shopping and restaurants and beach. Management responded to emails in a timely manor.

Only three coffee pods were provided, more would have been nice since it was two of us. Would have liked arrival instructions sent by email or text. I called (since manager was not there upon arrival) and all was fine but would have liked info ahead of time. Needed a few paper towels or paper napkins for kitchen. The seal in the washing machines had mold. Would be nice if those were cleaned regularly. The Mimosas parking lot next door is noisy during the day.

Not a hotel, rather an apartment rental with very little customer support. Room services such as cleaning or extra towels not available without additional payment. We happily took out our own garbage, but did not expect to be asked to clean given the price of the room. Pleasant hostess but better responsiveness to travelers needs would have been appreciated. Room safe not working, hostess alerted and said she would come to reset it but never did. Hostess also stated she would leave a ticket to get out of the parking area upon departure. No ticket appeared by the eve of our departure and no response to my phone call to try to get more information. On morning of departure, we needed to leave the door keys in the room and the key fob for the parking gate in a plastic bag by the gate so we could exit and get to the airport. This led to a series of texts later that morning about their inability to find the key, despite my sending a picture and description of the location where we left it. Nice property but reconsider your business model.

Lovely apartments with everything you need in central Cassis!

Incredibly well equipped kitchen with everything you could need with great opportunities for cooking and eating in one of the two terraces. Staying in suite deluxe we had our own terrace with sun beds by the pool which was lovely! Very nice pool area, luggage room etc. Great location right by the market and close to the harbor. Would recommend everyone to stay here - perfect for both short and long stays!

Wi-Fi not as good as expected but manageable. We changed rooms during our stay - second room was not as big, no AC in bedroom and not as nice terrace. Would really recommend to choose the deluxe suite!

Little piece of calm five mins walk from the harbour

Rooms are really spacious and well planned. The bathroom was wonderful. Kitchen Full of great kitchen kit and a few extras like coffee to get you started. Swimming pool was perfect and right outside the back door. Isabelle was superbly helpful to us and it was appreciated. We didn’t have a car which brings its own benefits but also meant we were walking everywhere. this property could not have been better placed- 5 mins stroll to the village and harbour. loved it here and would recommend for families or those who don’t want to be tied to hotel timings. Loved it

Not a lot to criticise to be honest. It wasn’t cheap but we changed our booking last minute so expected to pay more this time of year. We’d forgotten about the mosquitos on the coast down here and a plug anti-mosquito device would have been good in the bedroom.

Expensive stylish suite room centrally located to port of Cassis

The location in the center of town, near harbor and with a view of the castle was AMAZING. It was nice to have a pool and we would have used it more if we had a longer stay. Pool was a good size, clean and temperature "exciting". The proximity to town, wineries and restaurants was ideal. Isabella who we communicated with and "checked in with" was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and kitchenette useful. It is a small place but very modern and well appointed. Free parking was great! Gentleman who works in the afternoon on Vespa was very kind to help us exit the parking lot.

The suite we had was VERY expensive and I would have expected a "starter pack" of a dishwasher tablet, coffee pod and maybe some fruit. We did have 2 small waters in the fridge. As there is no front desk it would have been helpful to have more information (by text or in written format) about pool lounger cushions, pool or beach towel location and use of the parking space/remote. We found the pool lounger cushions only after we got back from the pool. The TV did not seem to have the ability to get to Netflix or Youtube. It had the usual channels but not enough for the price of our room. There were some charges mentioned like 10 Euro to "set up" the room for a 3rd person on the pullout couch - in addition to 40 Euro supplement! This seems a bit "tacky tacky" considering the overall price of the room. Great place but just very expensive for a very stylish modern "remote check in" apartment.
