Fabulous friendly hotel with great service and amenities

Lovely hotel, well situated a short walk to the harbour, amazing friendly and helpful staff who greeted us every single time they saw us and smiled! Would love to return to this fabulous hotel and highly recommend it. Room was small but adequate and super clean. Pool and seating area overlooking the pool and ocean were great.

Great view and close to town.

The location is great, easy walking distance to town and the beach. The breakfast room has an excellent view of the ocean.

The room smelled terrible. All of our clothes stunk from the funk of the room after 2 days. The bathroom was very small with no space to put anything.

Great location in Cassis

The property is in a great location. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The pool area is lovely and there were always enough sun beds to pop down for an hour or two.

We had their standard room as we were only there for a couple of nights but the room we had was small and outdated/tired. The bathroom ceiling was discoloured and looked liked mould.

Location was fabulous, ideal for accessing the picturesque port. Breakfast was amazing good, choices and fresh orange juice. Good value for money.

Superb location with stunning views and friendly staff

When we arrived in the dark during the night I didn’t think much of the room because it’s a bit dated and it overlooked the street and parking. In the morning however, we discovered the stunning view from the main breakfast/lounge room. It overlooks the swimming pool, Mediterranean Sea, Calanques. The hotel has a very homey feel. The common space invites to sit there. Their large swimming pool is amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was huge (with a separate room, great for families). The staff was very friendly and service minded. Very good breakfast. Awesome location just a few minutes walk from the harbour and beaches, but because of the elevation with this stunning view. On site private parking (needs reservation). I truly loved this hotel.

Some lights in the room were dim. Room needs some updating, although the bathroom was modern.

Nice stay at a good location

I liked the comfortable bed and the good location. The young lady at the reception was very nice.

Allover the hotel needs renovation, especially for that price. The breakfast needs to be better with at least some healthy products on top. The AC in the rooms cannot work properly, because even with 35 degrees outside, everything is open at the reception level, even the big glas fronts, which is - sry - really stupid.

Best welcome!

The pre-arrival information and support was exceptional. Staff charming, professional and very helpful. Bed very comfortable and room spotless. Very pleased with our stay. Location in Cassis was perfect with a short walk down the hill to the port. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed the pool with the stunning views. The location of the hotel was perfect for the restaurants and shops and the breakfast was very good.

The location of this little gem of a hotel is perfect for easy and quick access to the Cassis port/marina and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent, and very well supervised, as was the area where breakfast was served, with an attractive view out over the port, sea and headland. Our room was comfortable and very clean. Having a swimming pool to enjoy on hot days or to relax around was a bonus. I would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family. We have already done this to quite a few people. Staff were very helpful. It is not a large hotel, so lounge facilities may be a bit restricted, but we would certainly stay there again if returning to Cassis. I would recommend any visitors arriving by train at Cassis, with luggage, to pre-book a taxi to meet them at the station, given the hilly layout of Cassis.

The toilet roll holders, though this is a very small thing. The roll kept slipping off the end of the holder! Just the design.

Very nice one night stay.

The staff was very friendly. Loved the pool and the pool area. Beautiful view from the breakfast room. Rooms were small but fresh and clean, good shower and a renovated bathroom. Nice 5 minute minute walk into town. There are a few parking spots and we were happy to have one.

It was typical hot weather. Only minor complaint was the air conditioning barely worked and the room was very hot. An American issue! The stay was great and I would recommend!

Great location, 5 minutes walk to the marina. Free parking outside is convenient if you can get a place (first come first served). Rooms were small but clean and modern. Bathroom was nice. Bed was fine. Breakfast buffet was decent.

Our air conditioner had a pump that made a loud annoying sound every couple of minutes, all night. There’s no elevator for older people/taking bags upstairs.

overall a nice stay but would not have wanted to be more than a couple of days

it’s a nice building with a good outlook and parking in a good location close to everything. the swimming pool is great although the decking around it gets extremely hot and is falling apart in places. The sun beds were fine although the larger beds were not usable as one missed a mattress and one was very dirty Room was a nice size and comfortable although bathroom was small with no bath and lights flickered

Rooms were very small, so small you couldn’t open your suitcase without pulling it into the bed and therefore had to close it and set it standing up otherwise. The bathroom didn’t really have a counter to set anything either. There was also no conditioner

Inaccessible hotel with great view but NO accommodations.

The room was lovely and the breakfast was amazing. The staff was friendly and mostly welcoming.

This hotel did not advertise that is NOT accessible. The reception is up several stairs from the street and the room I booked was up two flights of stairs. I would not have booked this hotel as I have a mobility issue after surgery. While the reception person was able to change the room to a lower floor (down half a flight of stairs) I was basically stuck in the room most of the time. Not my idea of a holiday. I could not access the pool either. When a hotel is not accessible, this should be advertised to prevent people from having to “manage” or cancel at the last minute when they arrive. The window was next to the incoming/outgoing stairs and did not have appropriate blinds to give privacy.

Breakfast excellent. Location for beach and port excellent. Piscine great. General ambiance great. Parking good because early enough in the season.

Television French be only. Not one English speaking news channel. A bath mat in the bath/shower to prevent slipping on smooth bath surface would be an advantage. Room was rather dated and worn but clean bed linen, towels, all essentials like coffee machine, water glasses (as opposed to plastic cups), etc., made up for that
