Twenty minutes drive to the Chateau Tongariro and the largest ski field in NZ ( Mt Ruapehu ). Tramp the Tongariro crossing and experience NZs first World Heritage Park.

Rental based on family of 2 $20 per night for each extra person. Minimum 2 night booking, 3 night min for long weekends,4 night min for school holidays, a mandatory $85 cleaning fee applies. Smoking outside only please.

Thanks for setting out a great family holiday house, this classic bach gives a true sense of a kiwi holiday, with all the bells and whistles for the kids to keep entertained when the weather packs in.Everything was bang on, priced well, tidy and easy.Just add a few toys and you’re set for a great time at the lake.Thanks again

The property is older, but clean. I'm not comfortable in older properties (that's a me issue) as I do this about 6 months a year and like newer longer term rentals. There was water leak in the bathroom and VRBO moved me to another property.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean, beds were comfortable, and there was lots of room for our family to spread out. And as promised it was close to great fishing!
