The center of Garmisch is just a few steps away.
The apartment is very quiet, the perfect place to unwind. And yet you are in the middle of it!
Shopping possibilities are in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment was renovated by us with much love. Here can accommodate up to 4 people plus baby place.
The high quality kitchen is fully equipped. The associated underground car park is also in the house.

The apartment is delightful--clean, well-equipped for making meals, tastefully furnished. The owners are very helpful..They stayed in touch with us through VRBO as our arrival date approached and met us at the apartment to orient us. The only downside is the garage. At first, we were happy to learn that we would have access to a garage. However, the use of this garage is not for the faint of heart. The approach to the garage involves a steep hill, and access to the actual parking spot within the garage is very twisty and tight. Best used by people who have a Mini or a Smart car

The flat is situated on a beautiful street near the river in Garmisch Partenkirchen - a 5 minute walk from shops and restaurants. The property was well equipped for cooking and was comfortable for 3 guests. With one large double bed and a sofa bed, there is room to sleep 3 adults and the flat was very peaceful. It also makes a great base to explore the wider area - 10 min drive from Zugspitze and Eibsee.

We were very pleased and impressed with all this apartment had to offer. The owner Valentina was friendly and gave us a thorough introduction to the place, which was quite homey, charming and comfortable; and it included everything we needed for our 4-night stay - including coffee and a selection of teas, cooking utensils and spices, etc. Making us feel all the more welcome and making our experience stand out all the more, Valentina left some extras for us including fresh cut flowers. The apartment was beautifully updated and tastefully decorated: the owner clearly has an eye for decorating. We stayed in several hotels during our vacation in Germany and the bed and pillows at this apartment were by far the best quality and the most comfortable. The location was quiet and a convenient walk to the center of town. The only slight inconvenience was parking: the street is narrow with trees & large rocks across from the driveway - and it could be a little tight getting into/out of the driveway and garage, but that wouldn't keep us from staying there again. All in all, we loved our stay!

This recently renovated first floor flat was perfect for our 3-night stay. Decor is lovely, all was very clean and functional, bed comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Location is near a mountain stream in a quiet area. Perfectly located for walking into the town center. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay here, the apartment is spacious and was perfect for our snowboarding trip and accessing snowboarding lessons. Took about 20 mins to walk to gondola / meeting point for lessons or 5 mins in the car ( set of early if you want to park on site as it gets busy) The apartment has everything you need for your stay inc towels, washing machine, basement drying room, WiFi, very large pullout sofa and even a fabulous hairdryer. Highly recommend this accommodation to everyone

Die Fewo ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Bis auf eine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit im Schlafzimmer (das wäre klasse, ist aber Klagen auf hohem Niveau), hat es uns absolut an nichts gefehlt! Die Innenstadt ist tatsächlich in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen - die Lage ist wirklich prima! Wir würden wiederkommen!

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und man ist zu Fuss in 5 Minuten im Zentrum. Desweiteren ist sie sehr sauber und man findet alles vor was man benötigt. Sie befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und vor der Tür verläuft der schöne Fluss Loisach. Vielen Dank nochmal an die Gastgeber!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in Garmisch. Bis zum Zentrum sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Eingerichtet was man so braucht. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und wir haben es sehr wohl gefüllt. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen!! Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre charmante und hochwertige Einrichtung, sodass es gut tut, in ihr aufzuhalten. Die Lage ist absolut zentral in Garmisch (nur wenige Fußminuten ins Zentrum), bei gleichzeitiger ruhiger Lage am Bach. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Die Küche ist mit Küchenutensilien sowie einer Auswahl an Lebensmitteln (Öl, Gewürze etc) ausgestattet, was den Aufenthalt erleichtert und dankbar von uns angenommen wurde. Als Tipp würde ich das Mitbringen von Hausschuhen empfehlen, die Fliesen im Bad und Küche werden sehr kalt. Valentina ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, wir wurden mit Brezeln, Bier und Schnittblumen empfangen.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung zum wohlfühlen

Wir waren im Sommer für eine knappe Woche in der Wohnung und haben uns bei eher regnerischem Wetter trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt. Von den Möbeln her passt alles gut zusammen und man hat genügend Platz sich auch ein bisschen auszubreiten. Alles (und noch ein bisschen mehr) was man so braucht ist vorhanden und es hat uns überrascht wofür alles vorgesorgt war. Neben Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, einer grandiosen dreigeteilten Spüle, Kühlschrank und Eisfach, war auch im Bad mit Fön, Waschmaschine und einer tollen Dusche sowie selbst einem Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen alles vorhanden. Valentina als Gastgerberin war sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Wir würden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
