Welcome to Rincón de Torres Rural Cottage
Located in Valdelaguna, 5 km from Chinchón and 50 km from the center of Madrid.
A rural house for large groups! It is ideal for groups between 20 and 25 people, although using extra beds and sofa beds the capacity is higher.
We have large common areas! Kitchen-dining room with capacity for 30 people, three large terraces in different heights and three rooms: main living room with fireplace, karaoke and access to original cave of the XV century; living room and games room with billiards, ping-pong, table football, music, dartboard and exit to outdoor area with basket, goal and other games for children.
For maximum accessibility, the house has an elevator.
We have heating through radiators throughout the house.
We offer without additional cost WIFI, Movistar + and Netflix.
We leave individual towels for each person, charcoal, firewood and everything necessary to barbecue or light the fireplace.
And we also accept pets at no additional cost.

MAIN ROOM WITH FIREPLACE: give the most rustic touch to your stay chatting in front of the fire in the fireplace. NATURAL CAVE OF THE XV CENTURY: it remained closed for several centuries until it was discovered in the construction of the house. Visualize for a moment how our ancestors lived.
KITCHEN - DINING ROOM: prepared with two refrigerators, several freezers, ceramic hob, oven, two microwaves, toaster, dishwasher, cutlery for meals of up to 30 people. We have several folding tables to place in any corner of the house.
SALITA DE ESTAR: undoubtedly one of the quietest places in the house. With television and several sofas.
ELEVATOR: allowing maximum accessibility in a comfortable way, and also thinking about facilitating the stay for the elderly and / or people with reduced mobility.

Four outdoor areas distributed in different heights:
INTERIOR PATIO: located on the ground floor next to the kitchen. We have two wrought iron and electric barbecues; In addition to large paella with support and own fire for 25-30 diners. We also have large cauldrons for other types of meals in this fire.
TERRACE IN SECOND FLOOR: One of the most welcoming places that our house offers you to enjoy with your loved ones. It is the terrace with white tent where you can make meals and / or dinner by adding the folding tables that we offer if necessary.
EXTERIOR AREA NEXT TO GAMES ROOM: a perfect place to enjoy a fun time, you can play basketball whether you are adult or child with our basket that has different heights, you can also get a football goal here, ping-pong and other games for children.
"HEAVEN" TERRACE: it occupies the fourth and last floor of the house. One half of this terrace is uncovered and the other half under a canopy. From here you can enjoy a beautiful landscape with views of the entire village and the forest.

All rooms are dressed with sheets. blankets, bedspreads and towels for each person.
If you bring your baby, we will place a crib in one of the larger rooms. We have 2 cots.

- Rest of extra nights: € 300
- 2 nights on daily days: € 1,000 (Monday to Thursday).
- 3 nights on daily days: 1. 300 € (Monday to Thursday).
Prices are for the full rental of the house for a single group, not rented by rooms.
The minimum stay is 2 nights accommodation.
On special holidays such as Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve there is an additional charge (the price will be indicated when booking).
At Easter or other bridges you can increase the minimum stay to 3 nights.
The time of entry and exit of the house will be at any time of the day, being able to enter in the morning and leave in the afternoon (except when on highly demanded dates such as Christmas or Easter where the departure of one group and the entry of another match In the same day). In this exceptional situation, the departure of the house will take place before 12:00 h and the entrance of the new group will take place from 5:00 p.m..
* RESERVE:
To formalize your reservation you can do it online or by sending an e-mail requesting our account number.
The reservation will be confirmed once the bank deposit of the corresponding reserve has been made (reservation of 50% of the total).
We will only give our account number to a group for the requested date, then you will have 2 - 3 days to make the transfer and send us bank receipt. Otherwise, the date may be left free for other groups that want to reserve that date.
* Form of payment (in two parts)
one. Formalization of the reservation: online or making an income in our bank account of 50% of the total.
two. In the delivery of keys: the other 50% will be paid the day of entry to the house after checking the good condition of the facilities by travelers, this payment will be made by the first people who come to the house by cash payment or by bank transfer with a minimum of 3 days in advance.

We had 31 plus 2 babies stay in this home for 5 nights. It was a lovely place which fit all of us. We have made some amazing memories there. The house can do with some modernisation but overall it had a very homely feel to it.
The view from the top is breath taking and we watched the sunrise and sunset. The house is equipped with more or less everything, we were able to have a bbq and the coal was good and lasted long. The hosts were amazing and really did try for us. On day 2 they came to help us .set up the pool as the children weere very hot.
the location is good, not too far from the airport or Madrid but car. The public transport in the area is not consistent so would recommend that you have a car. We would definitely stay there again!

Muy recomendable. Cuenta con amplios espacios para poder comer o pasar un rato tranquilo charlando.
Las habitaciones son sencillas pero aptas para un fin de semana.

La casa es enorme y muy bien equipada. Los dueños muy amables. El pueblo es pequeño pero la casa está muy céntrica. A menos de 5 minutos de una plaza con varios bares y terrazas.
La única sugerencia que haría a los dueños sería que puesto que la casa tiene varios tramos de escaleras pero está equipada para estar con niños pusieran algún protector para evitar que puedan subir o bajar solos y caerse, especialmente los más pequeños.

Estuve en la casa rural este finde pasado, resumiendo: a las paredes les falta una mano de pintura a los pasillos y habitaciones, ver toda la suciedad de manotazos y patadas es desagradable. Otra cosa importante es que el agua tiene poca presión y por la mañana si coinciden en ducharse unos pocos a la vez o se usa el agua en la cocina ya no sale casi nada de los grifos de las duchas y no llega casi a la tercera planta, con lo cual creo que si es un alojamiento para tanta gente tendria que estar acondiconado para que tenga buena presión.
El sensor de la calefacción está ubicado en una zona del comedor donde enseguida salta y por lo tanto se para la calefacción y se enfria la casa, tuvimos que cambiarlo de lugar. (Creo que está estudiado para gastar lo menos posible claro está).
Por lo demas, trato del dueño pues bien, sabanas, toallas limpias. Solo hay una habitación que tenga un balcón para poder ver las vistas del pueblo, las demás son interiores con ventanas que dan a un patio de luces, el salón donde están los sofas queda muy poco aireado pues solo da al patio y poca luz natural entra.El aparcamiento es en la misma calle, no hay zona de aparcar, son las mismas calles del pueblo que andas buscando un hueco. Encargamos dos paellas y la verdad es que la por el precio y la calidad dejaban mucho que desear, la de pescado medio cruda.
En fin, lo mas agradable fue la compañia de los familiares y amigos de la reunión en la casa.
