was able to speak with host on whatsapp, they found us an alternate apt in same building so we could drop our bags early!! So great of them!! Also that way he gave us detailed pictures of lock box so we had no problems. Loved the area for cafes, restaurants, short walk to Plaza Major, just a great location all around and very quiet.
Bit of sewer smell out of second bathroom, but it was equipped with a fan which was great. Really excellent to have that 2nd bathroom.
