A Great experience!

The Villa was beautiful!! Beautiful gardens, huge rooms, friendly staff, pool to die for! Amazing!

Most things are a good hour drive, before you get there it's hard to know, your close to UBUD, stuff nearby but farely secluded and out of the hustle and bustle which is a great thing! But with a large group it can just be a bit logistical if your looking to go to hot spots.

We had a lovely time and the place is actually very nice it’s just shame that it was very dirty.

Property was very spacious, good for a big group with children. Nice big garden and pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The area was nice and peaceful.

Property is pretty aged- needs some deep cleaning in the bathrooms, kitchen, floors and roof. Pool was very dirty when asked to clean apparently the pump was broken- although they got someone to fix it straight away, but obviously they didn’t clean it prior to us coming. More lounging furniture around the living area would be nice as the ones by the pool was very dirty so we couldn’t sit there and it was build up dirt so it couldn’t be cleaned while we were there.

Awesome stay in a supersized villa with large pool and awesome support staff

Breakfast - had to pre-select from a limited menu, but the breakfast was awesome. Limited menu ensured that everyone got what they wanted. Presentation and taste of the breakfast dishes was top notch!

Almost no complaints - only thing I would add is that one of the bedrooms (opposite kitchen), there is not enough ventilation and hence there were some odours so we had to stop using that washroom.

Amazingly Experience 🤩

Everything was amazing. The staff were helpfull and friendly. This property was absolutely beautiful and tidy. The rooms were very luxurious big and very well appointed. The location is great and quite spacious. And the nice breakfast for sure. Will be back soon! :)

Bizim için güzel bir tatildi fakat tesisin yenilenmesi gereken bölümleri var.

Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve çözüm odaklıydılar. Özellikle Deva her zaman yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Alan çok geniş ve güzel dizayn edilmişti.

Havuzun büyüklüğü çok güzeldi fakat tesise gitmeden önce özellikle temizlenmesi için bildirimde bulunmama rağmen havuz temiz değildi. Çalışanlardan temizlemesini istedik fakat yine de olması gerektiği temizliğe ulaşmadı. Ayrıca mutfak ve odaların ve dış alandaki oturma gruplarının elden geçmesi gerekiyor. Bahçe mobilyalarında rahatça oturamıyorsunuz kırılmış olan aksamlarından ötürü.

Очень классный обслуживающий персонал,отдельное спасибо Марии!🙏🏻Очень чуткий,ответственный,профессиональный человек,всегда поможет.Мы очень довольны!Каждый день уборка,смена белья и полотенец,помощь в стирке вещей.
