Perfect weekend getaway, especially if you visit for the races in the circuit of Spa-Francorchamps

The room is in the heart of Spa, 5 minute walk from a supermarket and the main area where different restaurants and bars are located. The bedroom was quite spacious. The kitchen was quite small but had a small fridge and a sink. The room also had a second floor for the bathroom and a living room. A pleasant surprise was the massage chair. The property is value for money, and is highly recommended for a weekend getaway. It is also 15 minute drive from Spa-Francorchamps circuit.

The only thing that really is just a nuance really, was the church opposite of the property that was ringing bells.

Agréable et reposant séjour

Calme et silence malgré l'emplacement central face à l'église, l'amabilité de la personne accueillante, la disposition et l'équippement du studio, la possibilité de se préparer café ou thé, le fauteuil relaxant dans le salon de l'étage, le petit déjeuner proposé à 5€ pour 2 (2 croissants super délicieux comme les 2 pains au chocolat -faits maison ? - apportés tièdes dans la chambre à l'heure souhaitée, 2 pommes)

!!! Pas d'eau chaude dans la douche le matin et pas de temps suffisant avant départ pour aviser le concierge. Beaucoup d'escalier pour accéder au logement.

Propreté, calme et espace proposé ainsi que l'accueil.

Tout était bien pour moi mais attention au troisième pour des personnes à mobilité réduite.Un escalier très raide mène aux toilettes.

Goed voor z'n prijs

Vriendelijk onthaal, duidelijke uitleg (FR of EN), heerlijk vers afgebakken koffiekoeken (op de kamer) als ontbijt. Er zijn extra dekens voor mocht je het te koud hebben 's nachts. Ze hebben hun best gedaan om de kamers leuk aan te kleden en voor sfeer te zorgen.

De kamer was koud bij aankomst. Verwarmingselement stond uit en ramen open. We hebben de ramen gesloten en verwarming aangezet maar de kamer is niet helemaal opgewarmd. Het zoldergedeelte (waar het sanitair staat bleef koud). Het warm water van de douche moet van ver komen dus je laat hem best al even lopen voor je in de douche stapt. Eens het water op temperatuur is, is het wel aangenaam. Bedden zijn goed maar het hoofdkussen is veel te zacht.

Séjour très agréable. Personnel extrêmement sympathique et disponible.

L'accueil était très chaleureux, serviable. La chambre était très sympathique et l'hôtel bien situé pour qui veut aller aux thermes de Spa. Mon épouse et moi sommes motivés d'y refaire un séjour quand nous reviendrons.

Je n'ai rien à critiquer pour un aussi bon rapport qualité / prix.

Okay, wenn man gut zu Fuss ist und nicht lange bleibt.

Die Lage ist super. Parkplatzsituation mit dem Motorrad etwas einfacher. Es gibt eine Senseo Maschine auf dem Zimmer.

Das offene Badezimmer ist in der oberen Etage. Eine steile Treppe führt nach oben, vom Hauptraum durch einen Vorhang getrennt. Mir persönlich haben die Badvorleger nicht gefallen, da sie wahrscheinlich nicht jedes Mal gewechselt werden. Die Internetverbindung war nicht wirklich vorhanden. Ich fand es schade, dass wir bei Ankunft um 13 Uhr nicht mal unsere Sachen ins Zimmer bringen konnten, da wir direkt wieder zu Rennstrecke nach Spa fahren wollten. Stattdessen mussten wir Sachen umpacken und alles unten im Flur lassen. Weiterhin ist das Rollo im Schlafraum defekt und man kann dieses nicht runterlassen. Mir war es zu hell zum Schlafen.

Unieke kamer midden in centrum

Nette kamer met alle faciliteiten bij de hand. 's Morgens werd er een heerlijk ontbijt gebracht voor weinig geld. Relaxstoel was erg prettig. Heerlijk midden in centrum en gratis parkeren!

Une nuit à Spa.

Le 3eme étage est difficilement accessible aux oersonnes qui auraient un probleme de mobilité, il faut prevenir. De plus, la sdb et wc se trouvaient au-dessus de la chambre, accessible via un escalier encore plus raide. Pour moi aucun probleme, mais ma femme n'aurait certainement pas pu venir.
