B&B Caprice d'Epices

Nice b&b run by Joëlle within walking distance of the Spa Francorchamps circuit. Rooms are decent size with nice ensuite bathrooms. Nice outside terrace and garden area that feels relaxed. Location is c. 10 mins walk to Francorchamps main street and a further 10 minutes from there to La Source circuit entrance. Nice continental 'help yourself' breakfast put on by Joëlle including tea and coffee. Francorchamps location also means great access to Spa town (10 mins drive). Easy parking on-street in dedicated bays for the property.

Rooms are a little dated but still generally clean and decent size. Kitchen area could have been cleaner and had a lot of flies around constantly - partially due to hot weather.

Stayed for the Spa 24 Hour motor race. Was a nice distance to walk to the track, but just far out enough to avoid the hubbub in the village. It was brutally hot during my stay, but I was provided a very strong fan and Joële even washed some of my clothes (as I was travelling on and wouldn't have an opportunity). Breakfast was lovely.

Ontbijt is top! Host is sympathiek en geeft tips. Jacuzzi was een fijne aanvulling na een dag wandelen

Weinig. Bedden waren wat zacht maar dat is een persoonlijke voorkeur.

Clean rooms.

There was a garden renovation on the last day of stay in the morning that woke me up. The owner didnt inform me about it beforehand. Rooms and shower are pretty small too.
