This a good, affordable and well located place to stay that we recommend.

The hosts were very nice. The wife was making sure that we had everything we need. We had a very nice breakfast every morning. As we were leaving at 2 am the last day, she left a breakfast at our door during the night. The room is equipped with a coffee machine and a tea pot. The location of the house is very convenient, at a walking distance from the center of Spa. There is always a spot to park the car in the street.

We were warmly welcomed by Leila. Very well advised on a restaurant for the evening. The breakfast was excellent and brought directly to our room. The facilities exceeded my expectations. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone planning a trip to spa

La centralità della posizione e la cura con cui evidentemente é stato curato l’arredamento, suppellettili incluse. Apprezzate tisane e caffè/té a disposizione, con dolcetto.

Un po’ freddo il bagno: in una settimana di neve e freddo, come quella in cui sono stata a Spa… un’italiana abituata ad inverni a 10 gradi… soffre un po’ se tutti gli ambienti non sono ben caldi. Ottima L a temperatura in camera, ad ogni modo.

A recommander établissement au top du début a la fin

Deux nuits passees dans cette chambre , acceuil et explications très bien , chambre super confortable, propreté irréprochable la literie est au top de chez top petites attention fort appréciable café, thé, biscuit, chocolat,tout y est pour passer un agréable séjour de plus un calme malgré la proximité du centre ville que du bonheur d avoir séjourner dans cet établissement. Nous reviendrons a notre prochain week end dans votre si belle région qu est la votre .Nathalie et Frédéric de walcourt

Super emplacement pour les Francos - à 200m du piétonnier Accueil chaleureux et propriétaires attentionnés

Vu l’emplacement hyper central pour les Francos c’était très bruyant la nuit car nous avons dû dormir la fenêtre ouverte à cause de la chaleur …mais c’était lié au week-end spécial des Francos

Location très bien située dans Spa. Très bien agencée. L'accueil est très bien et madame est très serviable. Le petit déjeuner est parfait.

Prachtige kamer met uitstekend bed. Bijzonder vriendelijk onthaal. Goed geïsoleerd, weinig lawaai van straat. Slechts €3 betaald voor 6 croissants en chocoladekoeken.

Zeer comfortabele kamer met mooi zicht op het centrum van Spa

Heel grote zeer comfortabele kamer met heel goed bed, warme (jacuzzi)douche, zeer net en hygiënisch. Alle voorzieningen, wifi, groot tv scherm, koffiezetmachine met water koffie en thee, koekjes, stukje chocolade, ontbijttafeltje. Rijkelijk modern versierde kamer met veel goedtinten en plastic bloemstukken. Klein balkonnetje met mooi zicht op de kerk van Spa. Parkeerplaats op het pleintje aan de kerk. Vriendelijk persoonlijk ontvangst. Een adres om zeker nog naar terug te komen.

Eigenlijk is alles goed meegevallen.
