A bungalow located amidst a tea estate surrounded by beautiful mountain views, paddy fields and a spacious well maintained garden.

The house can accommodate up to 8 people with two triple rooms and one double room all with attached toilets, living area, open veranda and kitchen.
Rukmal Holiday home is a quiet place perfect for photography, bird watching, and as an ideal weekend getaway from busy city life.

Pluspunten: prachtige tuin en uitzicht. Heerlijk ontbijt (bleek inbegrepen). Ruim binnen (woonkamer, 3 slaapkamers (de vierde was onduidelijk). Fijne zit buiten. Rustig. Minpunten: de gastheer sprak slecht Engels en er was een bediende die geen Engels sprak met een onduidelijke rol. Hij woonde op hetzelfde terrein en verzorgde ontbijt en koffie/thee 's avonds. In het begin was dit onwennig. Binnen had nauwelijks sfeer. Zo waren veel lampen slechts peertjes. Verder: half uur lopen (mooie wandeling) naar centrum van Ella en meestal tuktuk terug (200 .. 400 RP). Tuktuk drivers deden soms wel moeilijk over laatste stijle helling en slechte weg. Wij liepen dat laatste stuk vaak (10 minuten).
