Residential house-studio for tourist purpose located in the heart of the historic center of Valencia, in the Ciutat Vella, just 50 meters from the Torres de Serranos, one of the most emblematic monuments of the city of Valencia. Its excellent location between the neighborhoods of La Seu and El Carmen, allows you to discover the city from a historically privileged enclave. Private terrace of 24 m² with great views over the Ciutat Vella.

A few meters from the apartment you can find all kinds of services (small shops, bakeries, banks, bicycle rental, cafeteria, restaurants, tapas bars, museums, monuments, gardens, etc.).

Very well connected with all means of transport in the city: metro, bus, taxi.

A great apartment, with a magnificent terrace, quiet, silent, in the center and at the most interesting neighborhood of the city.

Authentic Views of the Old City & a Great Location

This 5th floor walk-up was worth the extra calories burned getting into and out of the apartment each day that we were in Valencia. Each morning we had our coffee on the balcony patio, we took runs down along the river front, and at night we enjoyed a drink back on the roofline patio before going out to explore. The kitchen was fairly well set-up for cooking in, and we loved having dinner with the city lights below while the church bells rang not far off. The windows in the apartment are so good that no noise of the bells or the city interrupted our sleep. Yes, we sometimes heard the neighbor next door coming in late, and that woke me up, but not my husband. The next night I used my ear plugs, just to be safe, and slept like a baby. I found the bed firm but very comfortable with very good quality sheets. We appreciated that the apartment had a moka pot to make our coffee and the washing machine was easy to use. All in all, it was one of our most favorite apartments that we have had in Europe.

Right in the heart of the old town, steps away from the Torres de Serranos tower. A well-equipped, modern apartment with a beautiful roof terrace with patio furniture and sun loungers, and views over the town. Spotlessly clean on arrival. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and an easy walk to all the central sights. As an added bonus, the lady in the office (next door, her name is Yun) was very friendly and helpful, and gave us lost of useful information. I would highly recommend, but note, (obviously) you need to be OK with climbing stairs !

The apartment is located in the heart of El Carmen, the most beauriful area of old Valencia. Near to boutique shops, bars, restaurants and shops. Its is very well equiped and refurbished in a very modern way. All the equipment is highly modern and fashionable. Fransisco, the owner is very helpful. Amazing place.

This was the fourth consecutive year me and my husband started our summer vacation in Valencia, and we were both sad when the flat we previously had rented suddenly disappeared from Homeaway. However this is what we in Norwegian call "luck in bad luck": Francisco's flat was just perfect for the two of us! It has all you need for a summer stay (we stayed ten nights and cooked at home half of the time): a good kitchen with all you might need to cook a good meal, a good bed, lovely bathroom, air condition, tv, etc.... and probably one of the lovelies roof terraces in town. Many flats have flowers on the picture, but not in real life. This was not the case with this flat, and that made it even more pleasant. I'm sure, if we decide to come back to Valencia next year, that we will contact Francisco again: Comes highly recommended! It is also worth mentioning that Francisco and his wife were both very professional and answered all our questions straight away – we really didn't have to worry about anything.

My husband and I stayed at this apartment in December/January and have already decided we’ll return - we loved the city, and this perfectly located, well-designed rooftop apartment near the edge of the old town so much. The location is perfect: plenty of bars and restaurants, yet relatively quiet, with a decent selection of shops and small supermarkets in the surrounding streets - and the Central Market and its astonishing array of fresh produce is only a 10 minute stroll away. The main city square is only a 15 minute walk through the beautiful old town. We only used a bus once, to go to the City of Art and Sciences. On arrival, we received a warm welcome from Francisco’s assistant Empar, who made sure we were settled in and provided us with an information sheet on what to see, where to eat, how to get there etc… When we had a teething problem with our WiFi connection, Francisco came to sort it out immediately - excellent support. The apartment is very well-appointed. Everything was clean, and heating, air-conditioning and appliances were easy to figure out. There were teas, coffees, spices, plenty of cooking equipment, coffee machine, guide books, tourism leaflets, TV, BluRay player, stereo etc… we felt very well catered for. There was everything we needed, and more than we’d anticipated. Three windows look out onto a sizeable balcony (with sun beds, wooden table/chairs, plants and flowers - even power sockets) with a fantastic view. Listening to the old church bells in the early evening was so relaxing. The climb up to the 5th floor is maybe worth a mention - but we’re in our late 50s and it wasn’t a problem. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment, and in the city of Valencia. Many thanks to Francisco and Empar for helping us to make our holiday in your wonderful city very special! W&N

My wife and I staid in Valencia for four days in late March. We booked this flat due to its proximity to the El Carmen area of old town. We were not disappointed. All of the great restaurants and plazas were within easy walking distance of the flat. The view from the terrace is great as you can clearly see a local landmarks and get your orientation very easily. The flat is comfortable and well light with numerous windows in all areas. There are curtains and drapes to darken the space if you want to sleep late. The majority of the windows open to create a nice cross breeze if needed and you can then also expiernece the sights and sounds of the city around you. We did not use the kitchen area as we enjoyed the local restaurants for our meals, but it appeared well appointed with a nice array of cutlery and kitchen implements. There was also a coffe maker for those who enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The bathroom was spacious and included a nice front loading wash machine and there was a small amount of laundry detergent available in the pantry. In addition there was a folding drying rack as there is no clothes dryer. The water pressure was good and there were no issues with the hot water supply. The tap water was drinkable, though it does taste like its a munciple water source. The only downside to the flat is the lack of the lift and the need to climb a lot of stairs to reach it. This would be very difficult for those with injuries, the elderly or those with small children. We did not mind as it gave us an excuse to eat more of the delicious local food since we would be burning the calories going up the stairs! In all seriousness the stairs are a small price to pay for this nicely appointed flat and great terrace views. If we ever find our way back to Valencia we would absolutely be staying here again! Das Apartment ist für einen Stadturlaub in Valencia perfekt: In der Altstadt, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Kathedrale, trotzdem ruhig, super ausgestattet, mit Zentralheizung, die man Anfang Dezember auch bräuchte! Das Sportprogramm, in den 5. Stock aufzusteigen, gibt es gratis :-))

Very nice stay

The stay at Francisco’s house was really nice. The apartment is very well located, in the heart of Valencia. The house is functionnal and really well adapted for two people, we were four adults it was okay for a short stay, (better for a family.) The best part of the house is the terrace, very lovely, and you can enjoy it at every moment of the day. Also, Francisco has given us a lot of advices about the city and was really flexible about arrival and departure. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay for few days in the city center for a reasonable price and with a lot of services, i’m recommanding this apartment.

The location of this apartment is in the best area of the city. The apartment contains everything you need on a vacation. Francisco is the perfect host and along with his assistant Yun they make up some of the friendliest, decent and accommodating people I have ever met. If you are missing something, just write to Francisco and he will always respond immediately. I would always recommend Torres de Serrano's apartments and will happily return again. Loft zelf prima - modern, schoon, grote volledig ingerichte keuken. Airco’s werken uitstekend, geruisloos. Dakterras via trap door raam te bereiken (bukken !). Loft op vijfde verdieping - er is geen lift. Trappenhuis onderkomen en wordt volledig gestut door steunpijlers op elke verdieping. Prima lokatie in hartje Valencia. Ontvangst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Vanwege trap en toegang tot dakterras niet geschikt voor personen met minder goede conditie en / of slecht ter been.

Wir hatten eine super Woche in Valencia.Natürlich war das Wetter ( 25Grad im Januar ) auch optimal, so dass sich die Stadt von der besten Seite zeigte.Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Es ist sehr ruhig, für eine Stadtwohnung nachts schon fast "still".Die tolle Dachterasse konnten wir dank des tollen Wetters täglich nutzen.Valencia lässt sich von der Wohnung aus gut zu Fuß erkunden. Um zum Strand zu kommen, hatten wir um die Ecke Fahrräder gemietet.Man fährt durch den ehemaligen Flußpark, über einpaar Brücken und dann an einem wirklich wunderschönen Strandentlang Richtung Süden. Also Valencia ist auch Strandurlaub. Vielen Dank auch für die nette Begrüßung an der Wohnung, die vielen Tips und die Taxibestellung.Wir glauben , schöner kann man in Valencia nicht übernachten!!

Wir haben 4 Tage in Valencia verbracht und das Appartement war einfach fantastisch. Wir könnten die Sonnenterrasse im November schon zum Frühstück und bis in die Nachmittagsstunden nutzen. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und alles ist wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Da man zum Hinterhof lüften kann, ist es auch nachts sehr ruhig und wir haben bestens geschlafen. Prachtig appartement en een fijn dakterras. Wel veel trappen omhoog ( geen lift). Niet geschikt voor mensen die been zijn, maar anders geen probleem. Fantischtisch ligging bij terrassen en restaurants. Geen last van straatlawaai.

Die Wohnung ist super schön, mit einem tollen Blick über die Stadt. Sie ist sehr ruhig und sauber. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und auch sehr hilfsbereit mit Erklärungen für alle Fragen die wir hatten. Wir können das Loft nur weiter empfehlen und wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen. Nous avons l'habitude depuis de nombreuses années de louer des appartements à des particuliers sur nos différents lieux de vacances, aussi bien en France qu'à l'étranger. Ce loft-terrasse restera sans conteste l'un de nos plus beaux et de nos plus agréables lieux de villégiature. En effet, non seulement il a été magnifiquement restauré récemment par le propriétaire lui-même qui en prend grand soin et décoré avec goût, mais il est aussi extrêmement bien situé : il jouxte les Torres de Serrano (vue de la terrasse) avec les bus à 2 minutes à pied, le tramway de l'autre côté du Turia (station Pont de Fusta), en plein centre piétonnier. Il est de plus très bien insonorisé : les nuits y sont très calmes. Il est très agréable d'y manger sur la terrasse qui domine les toits de la vieille ville et d'y rentrer le soir après une bonne journée de visite. Le propriétaire est de plus un loueur charmant qui n'hésite pas à vous attendre si votre vol a du retard (ce qui fut notre cas) et à vous indiquer les bons plans du secteur (commerces et autres restaurants). Une location que nous ne pouvons donc que chaudement recommander !!
