Pleasant stay with beautiful views

Recently renovated. Lovely rooms. Beautiful views over the valley.

Staff are only on-site for breakfast. Would be nice if there was a self-service honesty bar for the evenings. Also some coffee and milk in the room for the morning.

Great experience and very relaxing.

The owners were very friendly and gave excellent recommendations for lunch that turned out to be our two best lunches on our Italy trip. Room was great. Since the property was completely fenced in, we were able to let our dog run off a leash. we had a glass of wine on the front terrace with beautiful views of the city below, very relaxing.

Nothing, everything was great. The only thing we would change is to stay longer.

Oh what an EXTRAORDINARY place...the real Italian villa experience..

So...hear me out : imagine an old italian villa, fully renovated and decorated with the most amazing things, up on a hill, with a private street, with no neighbors or traffic, in the middle of an olive forest, managed by an italian family. The pictures do not tell the full story of this place...

Breakfast was a bit dull...but the location of this place beats anything...

Lovely, clean and crisp.

Wonderful hosts, Simone and Sarah, the cleanliness of the house, pretty location setup with lots of flowers and a vegetable and fruit garden. They were so kind to offer to get us our dinner since we arrived so late with a baby <3

Best place to stay in Italy

Everything was perfect, Sara and Simone are the best hosts ever! When we needed help, they were by our side. The place is amazing, very clean and has nice views. We will return! :)

Mega comfy! It was like a home away from home

Loved it! I had an super comfortable stay of one night that I wish had been more! The place is tastefully decorated and extremely well kept. The bedroom and bathroom had everything I needed and were very clean. One of the property managers, Mrs. Simona, was very kind and went out of her way to make sure my stay was excellent. She waited for a late check-in and even drove me in her car to a nearby pizzería so I could have something for dinner! The next day I was leaving early and she was very accomodating for breakfast. I've stayed in a lot of places in Tuscany and this is one of the best. Will definitely come back.

The only thing I didn't totally enjoy was the steep climb to the property which can be daunting if you're driving in/out late at night.

Fantastic two days in the Tuscan hills.

This is a beautiful house surrounded by olive trees. Very quiet in the hillside, but just a short drive from Prato. The owner was wonderful and really knows the area!

A wonderful old wooden house, recently renovated in a perfect way. Pure air. Calm district. Magnificent view over the city of Prato. Very easy to reach the city centre - only 3 km. away - direct road.

Unexpected lovely stay in Prato

Located on the outskirts of Prato in a very beautiful area surrounded by nature. We had some lovely views of the city from our room. The B&B is very modern and nicely furnished. Parking is available for free right in front of the B&B. Breakfast was very good and abundant, consisting of freshly baked croissants, fresh bread, fruit, jams and of course coffee. The hosts, Simona and Sara were both very nice and welcoming.

Ruhiger Rückzugsort

Sehr nette Gastgeberinnen, grosses Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten, schöne Sicht über das Tal. Alles sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, sicherer abgesperrter Parkplatz aber kuss sich ein steiles enges Strässchen hochfahren trauen. Nichts für tiefergelegte Porsche. Sehr schön ruhig, obwohl man so nahe an der Grossstadt ist.

Zimmer war etwas auf der kühlen Seite und Heizung noch aus, aber zum Schlafen ging das trotzdem gut

Le petit-déjeuner est servi à partir de seulement 08h15. C'est bien trop tard pour aller au travail après. J'ai donc pu prendre le petit-déjeuner seulement une seule fois.

Soggiorno incantevole a due passi da Prato

Locaton davvero incantevole. Casale ristrutturato molto bene (le zanzariere apprezzatissime). Tutto curato e pulito. Le proprietarie gentilissime. Colazione buona.

Se proprio deve dare un consiglio, consiglierei di mettere più dolci fatti in casa. Ma è davvero trovare il pelo nell'uovo.

Top Lage, sehr ruhig gelegen mit Blick über Prato.Kleines nettes B&B mit sehr netten Besitzern( Sara & Simona). Liebevoll eingerichtet, mit schöner Terrasse und Liegewiese vor dem Haus.4 Zimmer und eine Ferienwohnung, also definitiv kein Massentourismus.

Beim Frühstück ist noch Luft nach oben.
